  2. I have a complete colour reproduction of the Voynich Manuscript, it's called "The Voynich Manuscript" published by Beinecke Book & Manuscript Library, and is edited by Raymond Clemens. It cost about 100 GBP, and is wonderful. Its a complete, 1:1 size colour reproduction with many fold outs for the more complex diagrams. I've spent many hours engrossed in it, and would most highly recommend it to anyone with more than a passing interest.

  7. I was one of the kids who had a daycare get an SRA accusation on them (1988). Sadly, I was actually being abused by a family member and losing my - I assume relatively safe - daycare left me in the care of a very abusive, very violent man. Unfortunately, I was also one of those kids whose abuser was able to prime to believe that I had suffered SRA from my daycare. Luckily my mother realized something (obviously not satanic) was off and she fled with me. Thanks for speaking on the topic.

  11. I've been passionate about alchemy for over 15 years, which ultimately led me to pursue a career as a materials engineer. During my studies in metallurgy, I stumbled upon Biringuccio's "De la Pirotechnia," which resonated with the essence of alchemy. By that time, I approached a senior professor to explore the possibility of conducting research in this area. Unfortunately, there was limited expertise on the topic within the department. I often wonder if I'll ever have the opportunity to apply a scientific lens to alchemy from the perspectives of metallurgy and chemistry.

  14. I'm of Basque/French descent and was born in 1987 in New Jersey. I listened to Black Sabbath, Rammstein, NIN, etc. as well as dressed usually in dark colors or black. After Colombine and Marilyn Manson and all that, at home and in school, as well as in my appropriate countries of descent (whom I visited often to see family and grandparents) I was put through "the usual", stared at, cursed at, spit at, bullied, and all the rest that came with being oneself in the "fringes of society". Very grateful for your channel and this new cornucopia of long-lost knowledge here on YouTube. Bravo with everything you do!

This is fascinating to me, and it really does feel like the esoteric theological speculation of a group of people at a particular place and time influenced not only literary works like this, but also the development of early Christianity and Rabbinic Judaism, and as a result the nature of Western Culture itself. With my own faith background my mind immediately goes to the phrase "and is seated at the right hand of the Father" from the Nicean Creed. And since every word in the creed is there for a reason, they must have considered that important enough to include.

  50. It's crazy that I've been watching Dr. Sledge for almost 2 years now, feels like I've gotten a true degree in esoterica that you wouldn't find in actual schools. My college had barely any esoteric classes besides a Mysticism of East&West course I took during my bachelors (with a dope teacher), and a lot of my philosophy course teachers knew nothing about these topics or thought they weren't important or "too spiritual/religious?" for some reason. We need more teachers like Dr. Sledge!
