  21. These manufacturing videos are of exceptional quality. There are thousands of channels on Youtube trying to show factory processes, and they all fail. Either through loud music or high speed playback. Or simply not showing the details, or only showing some closed up details and no overview. Your way of recording and editing is beyond professional.

  24. Offset printing plates are coated with thermal emulsion and imaged with laser which hardens areas exposed - all rest is washed away. Only printing image remains. Ink sticks only to exposed parts and transferred (offset) to rubber roller which transfers to paper -

  41. This blades are sharper than a razor blade. I worked in a factory, where those blades were made. Carbide blades, polished. You can cut Kevlar gloves with this blades.

  42. I deliver the giant paper rolls to a bunch of cardboard box plants in California, and I love getting to watch the machinery doing this! I never have the time to ask for permission to film it though lol Some of the plants I go to are old with a lot of manual equipment like this one had, and others are basically entirely automated with robots stacking the rolls of paper into the warehouse shelves and retrieving them later as needed, and then the piles of sheets or finished boxes moving on automated roller conveyor systems to the warehouse, with switches that send different products different directions based on the bar code label. All fun stuff to watch! I would enjoy working in the maintenance department at one of these plants, but it's just too noisy! I like to be able to hear myself think lol
