  11. In your 20s-30s when you are entering your chosen career/establishing your bona fides, live as frugally as possible. Save as much as you can. Be ruthless. Save. Begin doing hardcore homework. We did. For 8 years. Instead of buying a house in the US we with our savings bought two homes in two different countries. We rented to tourists. This was way before airb&b. We did our homework. That's key. We found properties just beyond but not too far from tourist destinations. Those 8 years went by fast. We are retired and live in one country and rent out to tourists our 2nd home. Prices and global inflation have gone up and odds are good prices will not be coming down. Still, now is as good a time to begin looking for houses abroad. They are often cheaper than renting a house when you retire. Rents are always going up. Property taxes while also go up are cheaper than rent. Do your homework.

  12. I don't agree to a lot of your assessment of collapse with regards to the southern states. Economic, industrial , environmental, parameters used may not apply equally in every state since every population have different needs and people have become accustomed and adapted to its environment. It is in those states with big populated cities that the collapse of states will start. When resources decline, big populated cities will be the ones who will feel the pinch if no basic goods available to buy

  15. From the ten countries only North Cyprus is rather cheap. The rest are cheaper than the US but one cannot live there on a small pension.

  16. So all of these cities are dirtier than New York? One of the most common things New Yorkers say when they visit Chicago is how much cleaner the city is. I've been to both, and I agree that Chicago is the cleaner of the two. I'm not trying to disparage New York, but I am sensing some serious bias from the creator of this video.

  40. Many of these southern states have no fiscal deficit in their budgets.They are conservative in their dpending. They have even surplus and have savings. It is the big states with huge fiscal deficits that will go down first. When the federal money rries up, they have nowhere to loan money to fund their deficits. Those states governed hy irresponsible liberal leaders like California. Illinois, Washington, Oregon, New York, Cp Connecticut, etc. are the ones endangered.
