  36. Scotland exports gas, oil and electricity. We have a huge food and drink sector and a large finance and fintech sector. The uk has been unable to feed itself for 200 years but trading whisky for tomatoes is a good deal.

  39. Got a lot of water, unlike Spain and morroco where a lot of our fruit and veg come from. Looking like it may start to be economic to grow a lot more of our salad crops. And the whisky industry is putting money into hydrogen which cuts the Nat gas use put they plan to sell a lot of it.
