It works, also not arresting for personal use, in Portugal drugs were decriminalised I think, not totally legal but more or less. OD’s dropped by a HUGE %. Also new users are not as attracted as no peer pressure as it’s not ‘naughty’ Crime has fallen, hospitals have become more available & this in turn keeps costs down & lives are being saved. It works. I look at anyone over 18 as a adult., yes things were different and had a decent background, I still got into trouble & ended up in addiction. However at 18 I had my own flat, GF, car & what young people have & need - a job. But kids in adult jails ain’t right. 18 & under shouldn’t be in adult jail. That Beth woman who’s in this, at first I thought it was bill gates.
