  3. Not sticking up for anyone side here, but if I got one or two properties that I got a mortgage on let out to people who suddenly find themselves out of work, who is going to pay my mortgage/s. Yes housing is a human right, but it's got to be paid for. I'm long term unemployed in England, lucky I get , my rent paid, mostly. I have to make up the shortfall. People need to be shouting at the banks, then the banks going to say, we are a business also.

  6. I live in England & almost daily there are stories of people drowning & suffocating to get here. There is an illusion that they will be housed & it's all free money. Used to be, but things have changed. I know America isn't a land or the free, just look at the homeless situation.

All the people will be left homeless and no doubt with no money for they disappearing homes and business.. Build a wall and missiles, but not save a community hundreds of years old. If I were in his shoes I'd have been on that lawyers ass weekly, or monthly. Either way. Awful situation & some will say laws are laws. You can't pick and choose which ones that you choose to follow.   19. In England we are lucky you can get methadone, suboxone etc for free and for as long as you need. Free syringes from most chemists. You have to give up your flat if you are on housing benefits, then into detox for about 6 weeks then a halfway house for a few months or so. Must be very hard to try give up with no help unless you got expensive insurance in USA.

They go through thousands of miles to try to get to a country where they can claim benefits and get what they are told is a free house..... in England there are boats turning up all the time and our government houses them within 4/5* hotels, they roam the areas with no thoughts to covid. There are thousands of English homeless that get pushed aside. Don't know the answer, but not travelling so far for streets paved with gold that DO NOT EXIST.
