  1. It's like sea-chicken. Idk, it tastes like a lizard. An aquatic lizard. They're not like fishy at all bc their food isn't from the sea. They're chicken with flavor? It's slightly more salty than a chicken, for sure. I prefer it to chicken bc it is like a chicken with flavor. Not like a duck or turkey, but there is some gaminess to it. The texture is closer to pork than chicken, though.
