  4.  @perpetualplatypu55y  Exactly! Kit never talked with Cal, which means that the only other person who would've filled his head with fear, was Joan. She had the motive to do it for sure. She didn't want Cal to testify... plain and simple. There's more proof he DIDN'T actually do it, than there's proof he did. In fact, I think that Joan only wanted to kill Cal, but when the other neighbor showed up and the wife got home, they just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time, and Joan (or her boyfriend), couldn't leave any witnesses...

And in this case, there's a huge chance that she'll cut off her ankle bracelet and quicky run! Hell, it wouldn't surprise me if she did something crazy in order to be able to leave it at home!   14.  Loulou Bos  For the time being, she will likely be transferred to a mental institution for "rehabilitation," and then when she's found competent she will be transferred back to jail. I understand that my wording may have come across like I meant "jail" was the end of everything. I meant that in the end, after everything was figured out mentally, that she would be back in jail, versus a hospital/facility, and that she was going to do anything she could to avoid being in jail for as long as possible. Hope that helps explain it better.

  22. The way she talks is like a stereotypical guilty narcissist. Everybody else has the problems and does everything wrong (parents, friends, etc). Then there's the whole, answering the question with a question (common tactic of the guilty), to buy herself more time in answering it. Some will say it's to confirm the question, but everything her attorney is asking her, she's already gone over with her prior to the hearing.

  31. Unfortunately they wouldn't ever have cameras in the room, do to patient privacy... But they should at least have them in the hallways. I actually went through an issue with my Mother, back in Feb when she went to the Doctors and was given a shot of something (not the vaccine- they didn't offer it there yet). I never figured out what it was. Talk about been frustrated!

He said that many people call before the "missing persons" timeline. He said that even if the guidelines say something, that you should still call when you feel that something isn't right.
