@HALLish-jl5mo A typical resupply mission can carry hundreds of kilograms of water to the ISS. The recycling systems are not perfectly efficient, so water is gradually lost and has to be resupplied. There is no particular reason some of that water can't be supplied in the form of food, instead of sending it up separately and then having astronauts add it to the dehydrated food. That said, I think the amount of food they need to supply way exceeds the amount of water that would be put into rehydrating it, so most food will still need to be dehydrated. But not necessarily all of it.
