So long as they are eligible under the US constitution, yes, which is the point of this matter.
1
Trump is currently running for president, and he is encouraging House Republicans to not fix the border, so yes, it IS Trump's fault, objectively.
1
That would be acting against the American people. It would be treason.
1
Because this is not evidence, it is only hearsay, which is not admissible in court. No actual evidence exists, since no crime took place.
1
@johnchristman750 In what way?
1
I doubt that. I think he just cares for the millions of other people living in this country who are called that, who never killed anyone.
1
@user-ef3nu1eh7z I don't think it would be accurate to claim that the police lean toward the accused just because they follow the Constitution. If the police don't do their job and treat the suspects properly, then the case might get dismissed. We live in a nation of laws, and the agents of that state have to follow those laws. Otherwise we just have thugs.

@johnhoran9840 The terms you use to discuss people does matter though. It's like how Trump supporters don't seem to like being called "White Nationalists."
1
@Moonlighting-y1p Nobody said that there was anything wrong with being a white patriot, any more than there's anything wrong with being an immigrant.
1
@Moonlighting-y1p And similarly it would be an issue if the white patriot was also a white nationalist.
1
The attacks on her come from the right, not the left. The left attackes her husband.
1
@dsquared341 But Trump was the Republican president, and the GOP still support him unquestioningly to this day. "That was only Trump" would only be a valid argument if the rest of the Republicans rejected him. Currently Trump IS the GOP.
1
Can you imagine what a terrible life you'd have to lead to be in any way positive about making the case that the President can do anything he wants and it shouldn't be grounds for removal from office?
1
The people convicted of voting multiple times were all Trump voters.
1
The Florida red wave is a sign that they are behind. If they were truly great, their water would be blue.
1
It's a trip wire designed to prevent Trump from attacking witnesses, which no defendant has a legal right to do. It would only be a "tripwire" if Trump is too immature to control his own mouth. Are you saying he's mentally unfit?
1
Biden was under orders from the Obama White House to get that prosecutor replaced because he was a corrupt Russian agent. It was not Joe Biden's call.
1
None of the above, there is no good in the GOP at the moment. Just wait for the general to vote for Biden.
1
Can't fight stupid.
1
That question was already asked and answered years ago. The prosecutor in question was a corrupt Russian agent, and the Obama White house wanted him to be removed to get Ukraine back on track as a free and fair democratic country. Joe was just following orders when he did so.
1
I think he only blames Trump because Trump is actively preventing the border problems from being solved. To be fair, that does make the border crisis Trump's fault.

@Balnisgoofyaf You act like Trump has completely vanished or something. He still exists, he still has control over the Republican party, and the Republican party currently controls the House of Representatives. Their balls are kept in his pocket. So it's impossible for anything significant to change on the border if Donald Trump is telling his minions to refuse any progress on the border, which is what he has done. This has nothing to do with who is president at the time, if you want the border situation solved, the ONLY way to achieve that is to vote out these cowards and replace them with Democrats.

@Balnisgoofyaf Fox News' word filters prevent me from telling you how wrong you are, but you know that already.

That's what you get for being a wolf in a pack of sheep. Learn to "baaaa" like the rest of them.
1
The only states where Republicans picked up seats were the ones that DID have election rigging. In the fair elections, they lost, as it should be.
1
It wouldn't help.
1
@opossumsrawesome6860 The facts don't care about your feelings. It would not help.
1
Why do Republicans seem to think that indicting people from crimes they did is "wrong," while at the same time there is now an entire House committee built around investigating "crimes" that are entirely made up?
1
The Washington Examiner is not a valid news source.
1
It's not a law, since it doesn't have the votes to pass. It's just a wish list intended to distract stupid people.
1
Biden only has to be better than the competition, which he obviously is. Don't compare him to the Allmighty, compare him to the alternative. Obama's term limited.
1
They probably can't be prosecuted, since the administration dismantled the whistleblower channels, and they would have the legal right to blow the whistle in cases like this.
1
Thoughts and prayers and gun control to prevent the next one.
1
@opossumsrawesome6860 It wasn't a lack of guns that caused those harms, it was "make Russia great again."
1
Of course there would be, because the people who didn't vote for him are fricking lunatics. Did you somehow miss the news last week when they invaded the Capitol Building?
1
Better to have liberals jumping the gun than conservatives jumping to guns.
1
@Timewave-Zer0 And then liberals corrected themselves when new information came to light. What's conservatives' excuse?
1
He never even read the ones he got while President, and post-president the only use he could have for them is selling the intel off to Russia.
1
But Trump is PROMISING to politically persecute and abuse power in our justice system if elected. Why would you think he would improve anything when he promises to make it much, much worse?
