  28.  @Alkhemy84  As a resident of San Francisco when Harris was DA, she earned her horrible reputation. She coddled a cop killer with an AK-47 and 30 round clip. When she ran for AG, she did a 180 on her anti-death penalty stance to get elected and then proceeded to uphold those death penalty sentences. This is on top of the issues that Tulsi brought up during the second debate.
