To the ruZZian who asks "Where is our glorious army?" It's in Ukraine committing war crimes.
721
Respect for those good Russians who risked their freedom to speak the truth about Ukrainians.
638
Supporting Ukraine right now is a no brainer. If Russia wins this battle, the cost of putting Russia back in it's cage will become much higher.
458
Ruzzia doesn't need a ceasefire. Just leave Ukraine.
410
Western governments need to up their game. I live in the West, and I'm angry.
268
Send the 300 billion to Ukraine before tRrump does something stupid.
224
It's actually disgusting. For most people, $1000 a week is good. For Pool to suggest that 100k a week is nothing much is a slap in the face to the working class everywhere. He doesn't even create good content.
207
Those who are still asking why the counter offensive is taking so long, I'm suspicious, I'm thinking they're trolling. It should be very clear to all by now what the Ukrainians are fighting against.
204
These kind of delaying tactics should be deemed out of order. Surely these Senate clowns aren't being payed to read children's books? What a crazy system!
200
That scene where the lady lost her son was heartbreaking. Pootin has to be stopped. There's still too much talk and too little action from Western governments.
121
Beautiful speech by the Ukrainian soldier. This is why the world must support Ukraine for as long as it takes. Freedom is in sight. Better not let that flame go out.
118
I'm almost your age and you're right. I can remember the nuclear threat during the 80's like it was yesterday.
89
@killbaru624 Jake can show what he likes in his videos. It's his channel but he doesn't want political debates ongoing in his comment section. Nothing to do with hypocrisy. Additionally, Jake has an international audience. I'm in Australia where the American domestic politics right now is far less relevant to me than what's happening in Ukraine
88
I can't believe the world is virtually standing by and letting this stuff happen. Yes, there is a lot of talk, and there are weapons being supplied, but not enough. When is the free world going to say we've had enough of this shit?
79
Germany is playing silly games.
68
Same as how people vote for Trump, I'm guessing.
61
The New York Times headline is shamefully disingenuous. The headline should read something like "Hospital in Gaza Damaged by Malfunctioning Hamas Rocket". Disgraceful.
55
American party colours are back to front. Red is usually associated with the far left and communism. In Australia our left leaning party is red, right is blue.
53
I've been following Konstantine for months. I get the impression he is completely honest and legit but necessarily cautious about what he says. We don't have to agree with every detail but I believe he is speaking from the heart. On comparing median salaries, my country (Australia) is roughly 3x Russia.
52
It's pure evil.
43
I'm also hoping for Australia's F18s as well. The more the better.
42
Good!!!!
41
@FuriousImp I felt very much as you do for the first six months of this war. But we've now seen attacks well within Russian territory, attacks in all five annexed territories and an attack on the Kerch bridge and on Russian ships and still nothing.
34
I agree with you about the people trash talking America and Biden on weapons. I've pushed back numerous times and even unsubscribed from some of the channels that thrive on it.
29
@effexon Problem for Ukraine has been the decades under Russia's oppressive boot.
29
@rufescens Also, I'm wondering how much of this delay was down to interference from Trump?
28
There are flaws in the American governmental structure and rules that need fixing. There's no way the speaker should in any way shaoe or form be able to block the president on defence issues.
28
That's promising news, but I can't help but worry about what ruzzia will do over the next 5 years given American political dysfunction and European laziness. I mean, the EU just takes so long to get organised.
27
@GregDeman They did similar to what they're doing to Ukraine, Belarus, Hungary, Georgia, Maldova, Romania, etc... meddling, invading and generally being a pack of a-holes. Tell us why the ruzzian federation is so big? Study some history instead of asking for a history lesson in a YT comment section. It's all online.
27
Yeah, that basically it. Typical bully mentality.
24
I'm not American but I also had tears in my eyes. A great moment in history.
24
The Trump / Vance thing is a huge worry.
22
Yeah, but russia was making way more from the deal. I guess if russia had stopped paying Ukraine, the gas would have been turned off.
22
@dfloper LOLOLOLOL Ivan, you had me in stitches.
20
@jackbuaer3828 The Polish PM will change his mind damn quick if russian wins.
20
@AK-ej5ml We (Australia) have provided aid to around one billion dollars. I would like to see that doubled. But it's not just about America defending Australia. Defence agreements act like the nuclear umbrella as deterrents. Break those agreements and small nations can be picked of one by one like we see ruzzia doing to Ukraine i.e. not being a NATO member. Australia always stands with America. Look at the recent sigificant conflicts e.g. Iraq.
19
Pootin should take a lesson from this and drop out for the sake of his country.
19
There is something seriously wrong with Green's brain.
18
That's exactly the point Jake was making. Ruzzia would have invaded had they not been in NATO
17
I'm hopeful and confident that Ukraine will gain the advantage this spring. I think we see huge movements in May and June.
17
Pootin's ceasefire terms are outrageous.
17
They should have the same defenses given that they're both fighting an existential battle for their land and culture against the same axis of evil.
16
Some people are morally bankrupt
16
Why blame those three? The ultimate responsibility lies with every individual. That's really what America is based on, right? Freedom and liberty. And with freedoms come responsibilities. Everyone who votes trump will be responsible, not just Musk.
16
Well said.
14
Debates are a awful way to get at the truth. It typically boils down to stage presence and the ability to sound convincing, or the ability to confuse the opposition. It's a skill. Trump's strength is in his stage presence and his ability to sound convincing when he's really bullshitting... like Putin.
14
@user-bh1wf5hz2n Your last point ignores the fact that defeating ruzzia in Ukraine helps NATO. Ignoring Ukraine strengthens ruzzia, etc. The war links Ukraines safety with NATO, like it or not. Not to aim this at you, but a lot of commentators miss this obvious fact e.g. maga.
13
Or, it might re-engage with the world after Trump.
13
@palandorstvold5622 Yeah, but it affects both sides. It's also a very bad look. Trump has lost his mind.
13
Here's a question for you... why didn't Ukraine utilise the much vaunted Lend Lease facility? Now expired. No one is talking about this. I'm hoping Jake can provide an update on this. There appears to be missed opportunities on both sides.
