He hadn't even outperformed the stock market indexes, the last time I checked. Even the super funds outperform trump. Lots of smoke and mirrors. And you pretty much can't go wring with owning good property.

  39. The war started when ruzzia invaded. The war will end when ruzzia withdraws from all Ukrainian territory. I believe that's Ukraine's position, and it's the only fair one.
