@user-qy1vs7jo7b His eye was bad. Looked like someone stuck a tennis ball in there.

Overall I got Wood - Conlan as FOTY. But out of these - probably Delgado - Aguilar.
21
I know about Teo. You should do one of these about his opponent - know next to nothing about Campa outside of the nice record and one or two familiar names.
21
Astrolabio's reaction looked like it surprised even Nakatani. They have a tournament to unify 118 and then whoever is left standing is undisputed world champion from Japan can move up and fight another undisputed world champion from Japan.
21
Win has definitely aged well. I think Teixeira is a perfect next opponent for Zayas.
21
I think he's the best little fighter of all time. You could make a case for him against anyone, 122 or lower, in the history of the sport.
21
He looked like Tommy Morrison against Ray Mercer at the end of that fight.
21
I had Venado winning, but I'm a fan so I'm probably biased. Despite my bias, however, I don't see how you have that fight 10-2/9-3 for anyone. i thought 7-5 in either direction was fair and so was a draw and had Gonzalez won it, i couldn't have claimed robbery. It was a very close fight imo and full credit to Gonzalez he did much better than I thought he would and if that was his last shot, he gave it all he had.
20
He also offered to do the same for Joe Frazier when he passed as well.
19
@Batman-hg4tv You let that Zhang, as big and as strong as he is, hit you with his absolute best shot every single time as clean as he possibly can - you're going out. It rocked Joyce, virtually everyone else is on the floor. He might as well have put his hands down and said, hit me as hard as you can.
19
Just a huge blowout in a big fight. As soon as Pac - Hatton starts, you're immediately wondering why did we think this was a good idea.
19
He's an excellent boxer and in his last fight he showed he had a giant heart as well. I think he beats the vast majority of guys at 130 and absolutely no one at 130 has an easy time with Foster. Since Nava might be busy with a rematch with Conceicao, maybe Valdez for Foster's TopRank debut?
19
You can barely even see that first shot watching it from a distance. Poor Milton had no chance. He was fighting and, for all he knew, the floor just came up and hit him in his back. Top Rank is cooking with all of these old fights lately.
19
Kirkland was a warhead. Either that guy destroyed, got destroyed or did both at the same time in vrtually ALL of his fights. The one with Angulo was insanity.
19
Bazinyan has been in the WBO top ten at 168 for something crazy like 7-8 years or so and we still don't REALLY know what his level is. I don't think he's at THIS level, but I could be wrong and this should be a really good fight.
18
Julian Jackson's was just evil. There was no reason for a person to hit as hard as he did.
18
Barboza's the obvious choice and that's who I expect him to fight in December. I think a guy like Sandor Martin would be a good choice as well though.
18
Mikaela could have moved and boxed and used range and probably had an easy night, but she stood right in front of Hamadouche and went to war with her! That was excellent!
18
I don't think Zhang does well against other top guys, but I think he has Joyce's number and he has a DELIGHTFUL personality.
18
They've done a really good job with developing him for the most part, in my opinion. He's probably 5-6 years away from his physical prime and he's already gotten so much good experience.
18
@Factsoverfeels8 If you think prime Pernell Whitaker was a 35 year old welterweight, then you and I disagree - like by a whole lot.
18
One of the most vicious, unprotected knockouts you will ever see in your life.
18
@jamesonedwardsii4943 He did. The rest of the orgs wanted mandatory defenses and he wanted to fight Catterall again. They postponed that fight so long though, that it became time for his WBO mandatory again and he had to fight Lopez.
18
He's older now, but stopping Marcelino is still a pretty nice accomplishment for Polanco.
18
I think Guido's about to end up on Ajagba's highlight.
18
I like how Julian Jackson looks like a nice guy (and I'm sure he is), but the man would knock your head clean off with one punch at any time. Just a TERRIBLE puncher.
18
At that height, Nakatani used to make 112.
17
Still not completely sold on Davis being a great fighter in the future - need to see a bit more - but he has moments where he is super sharp. That counter right hand that dropped Patera was art. It was gorgeous.
17
Kenshiro's excellent. Going to be REALLY fun at 112. Maybe Olascuaga - Bomba winner next.
17
I think he's an example of someone they just matched TOO soft on his way up. He didn't have much resistance on his way up and when he fought someone who thought they'd actually beat him, he fell apart.
17
Miguel Cotto was so much fun to watch. Win or lose - that guy's career was an absolute JOY.
17
Great effort from Olascuaga, especially on late notice for someone so inexperienced but Kenshiro was the better fighter.
17
@decidingpaper6324 Yep! And his first defense was against Ronny Rios. Doesn't seem like Ball is interested in fighting actual featherweights in their prime. I hope Doheny beats him!
17
I think a really good counterpuncher will give Mbilli tons and tons of problems.
17
Still feel like a dumbass for thinking Joe Smith actually had a decent chance against Beterbiev before that fight.
16
Fight should be awesome for as long as it lasts and Dalakian - Jimenez on the undercard should be really good as well.
16
Would love to see, as tall as he is, Divino fight Nick Ball. Along with being a unification, it'd also be funny looking as hell.
16
Fight should have never taken place. I know they want to be careful with Torrez, but he can be put in with better guys than this. This is sickening.
16
One of the greatest mysteries in boxing history: WHO IN THE HELL HIT STEVE SMOGER WITH THAT CHAIR?!
16
This is an awesome fight. Undisputed champion goes up to a weight class with two unified champions, why not fight one of them! And no one cares about promoters or alignment - just make the best fight possible. And, last I heard, Akhmadaliev & Tapales had agreed to fight sometime this spring.... why not put it on this card??
16
@decidingpaper6324 No, I'd agree with that. I stand corrected. But this was the end of the movie. The Linger loss was literally after the credits had already ran.
16
If he goes up in weight, Navarrete - Valdez would be an insane fight.
16
I didn't think Baez would win this fight, but I thought he'd give Navarrete a pretty good fight and he was actually winning the fight before the stoppage. This was very impressive to me.
16
@bengolfs1 That's fine. You are most certainly entitled to your opinion and if that turned you off to him as a fighter, so be it.
16
I was kinda worried about Gio after that fight. He took a terrible beating but he came back and fought in December and won, so he's fine.
15
Guess there was a reason they waited until he was almost 35 years old to step up the competition for Kean.
15
He's been out so long, I hope he comes back and has a big performance this week.
15
The Marquez brothers might just be the best brother duo in the history of the sport. I think with the Klitschkos, they're the only pairs of brothers in the HOF right now.
15
Baez was doing well, had won 4 of the first 5 rounds imo and then this happened. Well played Navarrete.
15
For me this is the best small fighter ever. There have been some great ones, but I don't think there has ever been anyone who peaked below featherweight who beats Inoue.
