He got caught in another country, where his operations have killed dozens of Americans as recently as a week ago and in fact, got himself smoked right down the road from the smouldering US Embassy that his guerillas attacked. You know, like how someone has to beat their wife, because of the kid. No one will get it right, because they simply don't want to. Responsibility for anything, depends on whether it comes with blame, or credit. If its bad, Russia did it. Simple as that.

  26.  @kissmyassdickhead9346  Baldwin was responsible for the gun. It is an industry standard safety protocol that no one but the actor in-scene and the armorer is to touch the guns. When the AD picked up a gun and tried to give it to Baldwin, he was compelled by those safety standards to refuse it, which would've immediately halted all set operations until the armorer accounted for all the guns and ammunition. Instead, he simply ignored it to cut corners. That is criminal negligence and everyone needs to stop rubbing his sore ass for him.
