The landlord served a 30 day notice of eviction, they ignored it, the landlord filed a petition for a judge to sign a warrant for eviction which was lawfully executed by the Sheriffs office. That's hoe evictions work.

  2. This happened in the apartment/duplex I still live in about 10 years ago. Neighbor was a paranoid schizophrenic, shot a crossbow bolt through the wall to the neighbor at the far end, then 20 cops arrived. Being on the opposite side, 2 doors down, I didn't notice. I went outside for a cigarette and was met with a dozen M-4's pointed briefly at me, turned around and went back inside. One [female] officer knocked on my door and asked if she could use my bathroom, so I let her. I told her that she and her fellow officers should look through my apartment as it had the exact same layout/floorplan as the suspects, and may help them in the event they breached the suspect's apartment. They obliged, then stormed the guys apartment and took him into custody without incident. The man later [about 3 or 4 months] took his life. Sad situation.

  9. That's not how evictions work. You leave a 30 day notice of eviction, but when that is ignored, the landlord can file for a judge to sign an eviction warrant that the sheriffs office must serve and vacate the tenant.
