  11. No, it's the other way around. They use different bullets than the suspect, the bullet would be retrieved during autopsy and used as evidence to convict the suspect.

  13. That's what happened with the 30 day eviction notice. That didn't work so the landlord got a judge to sign a warrant for eviction which the sheriffs office must serve and vacate the tenant. Gun laws are already there. Most criminals acts with guns are from stolen guns; meaning more laws will do nothing to stop this.
