  8. It’s got to be the most insane stuff I think I’ve ever seen. I mean, how has it even been allowed to go this far. I thought in the states at least have rules about people taking automatic weapons on to Sennett or government property, let alone inside the building!? If these police had any real sense they would’ve arrested these people right now or at the very least given them fines for terrifying other locals, creating a public nuisance and in danger in peoples lives. Both for getting too close to each other and for carrying bloody automatic weapons about. This would never fly in any European nation, or any sensible sane country for that matter. What we are seeing over in the US right now is pure insanity. Plain and simple. No other way to look at it.😣 America, the rest the world is truly ashamed of you.

You can’t have that kind of thing up there permanently and without any of the wishes of the local community taken into consideration. It’s the same thing with the original statue being pulled down in the first place.

This statue was put up illegally, wasn’t put in a public place in a very secure way and was made of an environmentally damaging material, so of course it had to come down. Not to mention the fact that the original statue didn’t have to come down anyway. Just because you don’t like someone doesn’t mean everyone should think the same way you do. You should remember man for what he’s done, but you don’t have to glorify them for it. A statue doesn’t glorify a person, it allows you to remember them. What you should do is add to history, not tear it down. This is the entire floor with the far left argument in the first place.
