Burger King among other brands still operating in Russia are an absolute shambles. Shame on them.
1
It looks like there needs to be a special operation against these vehicles now then, before they cross the border.
1
100%
1
@faiyez WHY. He shouldn’t do that, and no one with a sane mind wants that.
1
We need to escalate our help for Ukraine drastically no matter what. We are still doing nowhere near enough, let alone fast enough.
1
Exactly. One way or the other we need a very harsh response against Russia. Anyone who says otherwise is either a traitor or a coward.
1
I couldn’t agree more. Israel has been providing some weapons and some ex-military volunteers have gone over to fight as well, so I really don’t understand why Israel or other countries aren’t sending in the same equipment so Ukraine can set up its own Iron Dome of missiles to protect its cities. We should’ve done it from week one but we haven’t. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
1
@yaseen157 Here here. This’s on them.
1
Oh come on what the hell! And literally after we implemented some of the biggest lockdowns in social outdoor interactions in this country‘s history too?! They must’ve seen this coming and that’s why they decided to implement these changes yesterday.
1
That is true, but doesn’t mean we can be cowards and not support Ukraine in every way possible. If that means us being drawn into the war, and I’m afraid we have no choice. We can not go backwards and just deal with another Cold War again. With the way the planet is going right now, we don’t have time for that bullshit again.
1
So just abandon Ukraine then to fate and then inevitably with Russia pushing forward even more, a Third World War starts anyway?! Greeeeat😒
1
I’m really liking this. Hoping it all goes well. Some vertical farming factories have gone under in recent months/years that weren’t able to live up to their promise or weren’t able to optimise in time, so I hope these people here can prove some of the critics wrong.
1
It is quite disappointing and disturbing, but numbers do not lie. Britain really is more equal as a western society, especially when compared to the US, if not even more so reversed than a lot would like to admit. It actually really does seem as though Caucasian British people, especially men are some of the worst off in this country now after all. This is very sad, but we just have to accept it and figure out how we can change it. Biggest would probably have to be educational requirements and cultural values within white British families like in countries such as South Korea and Japan, but obviously with less stress and cultural and family expectations. I wonder if people would go and start complaining ‘as much’ if an independent survey was done but came to the ‘same conclusion’. It would be like those people who claim that votes were rigged in a president or prime minister will vote or something. We’ve just got to accept the facts, figure out how we can make it better and move on with implementing them.
1
Yeah, and the most sickening.
1
It’s unfortunate really, but this might very well happen. It’s why we need to have better control of our borders on both sides of the channel. Amazingly, it seems that according to actual official predictions, this is indeed going to happen in the US. I’m not really bothered if just ethnicity changes in the UK (that’s just the movement of the world as it always has), but it’s happening way to unnaturally now and too fast, and if our cultural identity changes as well, then it really is a problem which no side will like.
1
@DWGAMING.. Don’t talk nonsense.
1
@salehothman449 And Russians citizens aren’t also dismayed!? They are a free with Putin TOO and have also said they don’t want to fight but they know Putin wants to.
1
Actually this protest went on for about six hours and these events only covered in fact a few minutes. So overall once again it’s just trying to grab headlines. These are minority number of idiots who shouldn’t be listened or paid attention to.
1
Unfortunately that is very rarely been the case. By the vast majority of history pieces been achieved through force. We have neglected this fact so the desire of reasonably stable peace with economic benefits, And as a result Russia has risen back to how it is now, and China is on a dangerous expansion path of suppression, Hong Kong has basically been lost, Afghanistan is in danger again, Africa is still Iraq and South America still needs fixing. It’s sad to say, but if we still had The fighting spirit of the first and second world Wars, but still combined with the understanding we have now we could probably fix everything. We just have to be willing to get our hands dirty. Properly dirty.
1
Agreed. The UK and Gov can always do more to help but from what Boris has said we can definitely agree with him on all of it.
1
Absolute insanity. It sounds like all of the nutters and short minded heople have come out of the woodwork in these comments sections. This is absolutely horrific and terrible news when it has been nothing but bad news for months. Literally the only good news a few days ago was that onshore wind was allowed again, and now this has come along, which has completely ruined that announcement.
1
Honestly, I’m down. I can’t think of anyone I’ve spoken to so far, that at least has a brain on their shoulders who isn’t just radicalised and opinionated at university or uni style aged people, that isn’t down for this. We need to bring back at least a partial conscription.
1
Nooooe, not at all. We need to mine the iron ore HERE. Also critically need to switch over to greener energy sources for the furnaces. Coal just won’t do anymore.
1
We need to do this, absolutely, or we’ll die, or worse. It’s a simple as that.
1
Yikes
1
Wait the Russians are using those hunks of junks. That thing looked like a freaking Concord. The Russian version has a lot of flaws to this day. And that one one looked like a freaking Flying Fortress! Why the hell haven't we just taken these guys on yet. WE REALLY SHOULD.
1
Wow I didn’t expect this to happen in the UK😦. Don’t know whether to feel appalled or congratulate these guys.😆
1
In which case we definitely need to have some Go Fund Me pages set up for the most needy Causes, and they can help to spread it out to all the right ones from there.
1
From what I can see of the amount of people on the streets too, it seems like absolute heaven.
1
No idea what on earth she's going to get when she goes back to the EU now.
1
Stuart Murray EXACTLY. I mean if they ‘really used’ all the so could advanced kit at their disposal they’d have found and taken it down by now.
1
Absolutely
1
It always has been.
1
Why? Because Channel 4 gave unbiased reporting and listened to both the pro and anti-coalmine groups and asked the questions equally with the same tone for both of them? Yeeeeah. Sky is toootally better.😓
1
But it still has to be done.
1
Yes, and literally the whole point is that until now it’s been nothing but governments and they’ve just been stagnating as bureaucracy has ruined everything. This is the first time basically we are starting from scratch within the private sector and they are doing it a lot more safely than they did 60 years ago. Next they will be able to travel without life-support hoses, and after that lower the price exponentially, which is the whole point of what SpaceX is doing. Allowing more regular people to go into space, rather than just ridiculously the best of the best.
1
Here here. Keep the mr 🍊 out.
1
An absolute shambles. It seems that the only option is to have the current president assassinated now.
1
And what’s crazy is that honestly it hasn’t even really been three months. Not really. It all started at the very tail end of February and now we are still in the first part of April so it’s been realistically only about a month and a half. It’s unbelievable how much has happened in such a short amount of time.
1
Yeah, that suddenly makes me even more worried now.
1
@evanslym Damn it
1
Let’s get Mr stupid orange out of the White House.
1
Okay, now I am genuinely concerned. We really shouldn’t have been surprised after Covid. I guess we just really wanted to push it out of our minds more than anything, imagining it just couldn’t happen again after relatively so soon. We need accurate transmissible information and what precautions we can take stat
1
Yeah, that old lady really is fucked up.😆😣😔
1
Totally. Let’s just hope it works out good in the end though for the whale if they are able to make sure it can survive or that it can be returned to the wild.
1
We can only hope so that this is indeed maintained and it can continue to inspire the good in all of us to push back the oppressor of freedom.
1
So long as they don’t do anything that could be considered embarrassing again.
1
@alikhan-uh3sq We see comments like this all the time. We get it. But we have to move forward now and actually defeat the military and make the country a better place. We can’t be just stuck in a deadlock going over the same statement over and over again.
1
Yep. We genuinely thought things are about to kick off here in a really chaotic way. Something very odd and big must’ve happened on the confidential channels between all parties.
1
@geopoliticsjunkie4114 Don't talk nonsense.
