Dear dislike brigade: If you actually watch the video, you realise that he's not just complaining about his own woes, he's making a really important point about how "normality" is sidelining anybody who falls outside of what is considered to be "normal", even if statistically they are a large portion of the population. You might not realise it, but that's important to you too, since statistically most of you watching fall outside what is "normal" in one way or another.

You say everything should be challenged and questioned, but you refuse to actually offer any questions or present any challenges.  Instead you dismiss everybody who is pro-vaccine as blind zealots, and compare them to Hitler. You say that discussion is being shut down, but you're ignoring the discussion that is actually taking place.  While people are insulting others and saying mean things, other people are actually supporting their view in a polite manner.  But you're ignoring those people on purpose.  Who is acting religious here really?

  37. So like, these two women are right. I can listen to them and nod my head. "Yep, they're right." I say. BUT The fact remains that in my country, conservatives are pro-death. They set the prices so that the poor literally cannot afford to stay alive, and then blame them for dying. They take billions from public spending, and use it to build weapons of war. They take money from other countries, to help them enact genocide. They're a death cult, at least ISIS don't kill you if you join them. With these guys even that's up for debate. So if somebody looks at that party and thinks "Yep, they won my vote!" What am I supposed to think? That they'd be ok with me dying? That there's some kind of greater good this all serves? The fact is, some people in this world would quite happily allow a second holocaust if they got to comfortably ignore it.

You know what's weird?  Ten years ago if you spent a lot of time on the internet, it was BECAUSE you were an outcast, and yet despite the fact that everybody online was a maladjusted shut-in, the internet was still much kinder, much safer and much more humble than it is today. The people who consider themselves most social IRL are the ones who made social media the hellhole it now is, which I guess says something about why the rest of us preferred to talk online in the first place.
