  6.  @meandering_melancholy3414  I honestly despair. When I talk to Americans, I feel a depression like I haven't felt since my last existential crisis. Not only do they continue to perpetuate their death cult of a society, they fail to even recognise what they're doing. Since WWII ended, how many nations has the USA attacked? How many coups have they supported? How many dictators have they installed? How many millions of people died so that a few rich guys got a little richer? It's been days, mere days since the leader of the USA explicitly stated, on camera, that he was abandoning a strategic ally and offering support to a nation currently engaged in an outright genocide. Why? For money. He didn't even try to hide it. The wars never stopped, the blood never stopped flowing. People like you just decided to ignore it. The rest of us have to hope and pray that a nuclear-armed superpower never decides it could make money on the destruction of our nations. Because when our turn comes, we can't stop a nuke.
