If a game dares have a scene like this and it isn't extremely awkward, the rest of the game is probably really good and doesn't hesitate to cross into uncomfortable subjects. Basically, they are willing to tell an actual story with diverse scenarios and plot lines.

Probably a good move by Microsoft. I hope they can manage to fix the poor quality of the games as well eventually.

This is one of the reasons why you should always act your best. You never know if someone else is going to be mistreated just because you instilled prejudice into someone else's mind.

The piano actually had good sound. I heard it when I blinked.
438
What sword?
422
You mean you don't just get the money for free? Damn!
328
I doubt it'll be on the same level, but I hope it's good enough. Fun side note, I saw the mech stuff in Nier Automata first and immediately decided to get it. The game is basically everything most guys would like, it's amazing!

@Eoryu Yes, but as kavinh10 mentioned, there's more to the story than that. Twitter had intentionally fabricated numbers that didn't at all represent reality. He felt like he was getting scammed, that's why he wanted to pull out of the deal.

Imagine doing a challenge and getting upset that people are putting up a fight
185
Imagine if Activision Blizzard did a power move and stopped making Call of Duty for PlayStation, merger or not.
183
They believe you are, they don't see you as anything else. That's what identity politics does to people. Instead of just letting people be people, they are numbers on a spreadsheet.
174
@nate_river_ If he keeps this up in Thailand, things will probably be resolved much faster and a lot more permanent as well.
166
5 years? Make it 10.
155
Drop rate for the stale baguette is too low
149
@RichSmithson How? By redistributing the money in ways to reduce the impact on the environment. Of course, that means they'd actually have to redistribute that money responsibly, which is the part where I am skeptical.
112
Yeah, that's the primary issue with these organizations/initiatives. It just causes friction. I think diversity is a great goal, but it's not something that can be forced.
110
Yes, but then you also have to understand that a lot of kids these days don't even know how to read the time of an analog clock.
108
@robinaartsen3679 If so many people ended up misunderstanding, it doesn't really matter who it was about. It is a danger regardless.
100
Yes, that is exactly it. Because the problem with reality is that it's not really all that fun most of the time.
92
@Rook.Kaiser Because they had mismanaged resources, either by overestimating or overhiring. That shit falls back on their incompetence in all cases.
81
GMs bring life to MMOs. RuneScape has events all the time involving GMs, makes the game feel far more alive and most of all creates a centerpoint for the players to gather around, which makes the community become closer. GMs are extremely underestimated.
77
@alilium4195 He likes alpacas, and he probably just threw out something absurd because he's just done with Disney.
73
Increasing traffic by 50x, yeah, that's going to break stuff. Either your servers or your wallet if you're using automatically scaling services like AWS.
69
@MCC17011 The problem is that it's treated as a logical fallacy even when it's 100% accurate. It should never be treated as a logical fallacy.
67
@Kai Hamzah You sound like someone who wants to see the manager right now.
67
SC2 is a good game at least. The only problem with SC2 is that RTS is kind of a dead genre. Most people find it too stressful.
62
The kid honestly isn't too far off. Abstract stuff like that is just pointless for most people. I enjoy it, but I've used complicated maths less than 10 times in a real situation. Besides, if it comes down to it I'll just throw everything into a spreadsheet and let it do the work for me. Manually calculating that stuff is just a pain because in real situations you have several times more factors to account for. If you know how to invert multiplication and divison, you're basically set for life.
61
Yep, but that would require a calm and collected person, along with someone with the ability to think and understands game mechanics. So basically the opposite of Mizkif.
61
@DeathmetalPersian Oh, I'd bet there's people who do. They probably have at least one janitor who enjoys Star Wars.
60
It is and has always been about sex. Marriage is unnecessary and you can basically write up your own legally binding contract in the same way as a marriage, same clauses and everything. This is something you can do in countries that strictly forbid homosexual relationships, as long as it is not framed as a relationship. So it has always been about the sexual stigma.
58
@JuiceStack Exactly. Good plastic surgery isn't supposed to be noticed.
56
@umadbro4493 You kill the first one in three combos, the second one in two. Having to dodge less also means you'll fail at dodging fewer times.
56
@holeindanssock156 That shouldn't be too difficult. You can find people who have done similar stuff in indie games all over. The problem is making it feel like meaningful content. Imagine a Minecraft world but everything is dirt and stone. Sure, you might be able to find some place that looks cool, but it'll still just be dirt and stone. Throw in some materials you can actually do things with and boom, you've got a game right there.
56
@dendrien People are stupid and will be taken advantage of. Most people see marketing hype and think "I'm getting that" without a second thought.
56
Spoken like a true bald man!
55
@oe8578 Because his mother was a hoarder. He has talked about this a few times on stream.

@residentes8477 Depends on who you ask. People who speak Spanish weren't too happy about Spiderman 2.
51
Animal Crossing was criticised for not dealing with colonisation?! Absurd is putting it lightly.
49
It's a fun game if you only play once in a while and don't take it too seriously, especially if you play with friends. Everything around the game is better than the game itself though.
48
@pcman87654 You say that, but it still earns them a lot of money
47
Honestly a valid priority.
45
@freshmaker0088 Pretty sure the phrase was from an experiment with wolves in captive, then it just stuck. That being despite the results from the experiment being far different from how wolves act when not in captive. So the alpha stuff is highly unscientific from what I've gathered.
43
@flimermithrandir It's strange how acceptance and liberty has gone so far we're now restricting things instead.
42
@Sitri777 You consider this mild? The only mild thing about it was them having clothes on.
40
That's how I've interpreted comments, so even if not entirely true, it's probably not far from it. The build honestly seems to be kind of what he goes for in games though. Tanky with high damage output but less mobility.
38
I'd say that depends entirely on your goals. If the goal is to be the king of degenerates, I'd imagine you'd be ecstatic.
38
@FuzioN2006 Yeah, the job of a localizer is to ensure that the message comes across correctly, because direct translations can be very awkward and even incorrect at times due to context and language differences.
36
@plectro3332 If it's found out that someone deliberately lied in a police report, they can be charged for it. So for that reason the credibility is a bit higher even if it's not proven. Someone who hasn't even done that has very little credibility unless actual proof exists and is provided.
35
@sploomwhale9424 Is there proof?
