Then adding "I'll be marching with you" before retreating to the safety of the White House to watch it all unfold on tv. Then he even took his time about calling off his "special" supporters, and calling in the National Guard. You heard all this, too, didn't you?

The January 6th rioters built a gallows outside a government building, beat police with flag poles, tossed barricades at them, sprayed officers in the face with bear repellent, hit, tasered and even went for the gun of a cop they were dragging down a staircase, they continued to try and force their way through an entrance even as a young officer they'd pinned by the shoulder in the doorway screamed in pain....and all this culminating in the assault of over one hundred police officers and security personnel who were also just trying to do their jobs. It would be fascinating to hear why it is you don't think the January 6th rioters represented a "real threat."

Clearly those people had no right nor invitation to enter, and yet one of them leaps through a shattered window. Ashli would not have been within her right to open fire?   26. Yes, and with regard to that special bond: Trump has actually been praising Putin for what's he's presently doing. That's like a knife in the heart to the Ukrainian people right now, and a hatchet between the shoulder blades of the United States and NATO. Trump was, and still is, Putin's puppet.

  42. The Associated Press did an article in august of 2021 comparing how the law was prosecuting both sides, and anyone who thinks the summer rioters aren't being dealt with as severely as Trump's rioters is wrong.

So, if the January 6th rioters got the idea that those earlier criminals just got away with it, they were mistaken. I don't see any moral difference between the two either. Summer rioters and January 6th insurrectionists are all criminals.
