  16.  @scottg3445  Take another look at the video. The armed security people were clearly visible. Ashli had no right, nor any invitation to enter. Yet she tried to jump through a smashed window. And if she'd gotten inside, what was she going to do, Scott? Give the security people a big hug? And if those guards hadn't stopped her, what would've prevented the other rioters from jumping inside, too and overwhelming them? It's not a Democrat vs. Republican issue. Ashli Babbitt posed a danger to the elected officials inside that building, and she is responsible for her own demise.

But Ashli Babbitt did force their hand when she jumped through the smashed window of a defended entrance that the mob was trying to enter.
