To be fair, we don't really know if they were let go due to their connection with Bryan. Unless we hear directly from the employers, it's just rumor.
1
While that might be true, no doubt everyone was spooked and were being extra careful since an arrest hadn't been made.
1
@timchamberlin9280 I can't comment on that study unless I first looked at it. Personally, I find that really hard to believe.
1
@Desaree1 The two mentioned in the video - that she willingly got into a vehicle and that she called her sister.
1
@goathead5073 While, that was your personal experience, we're looking at this case. I only said what I did because police said that she got in willingly. It's possible that there is more evidence than what can be revealed right now. It's likely she was running toward that particular car, as if there had been an arrangement.
1
@goathead5073 Yes, I'm well aware of those statistics. 👍 Like I said, I'm not saying it's not possible. I'm just wondering if there's a reason they aren't announcing, especially considering she called and talked to her sister.
1
Right? This is heartbreaking. I wish all children had loving parents. And I wish people like this would use birth control!!!
1
There are so many people claiming to know more than psychiatrists. While it's understandable to want "justice", that doesn't automatically mean the person should be viewed as sane. When hyperreligiosity is involved, there is a sincere belief that they are working for God and against the devil in real time. Some people actually think they have some kind of spiritual status with a huge mission.
1
Sorry to say, but are you thanking the same god that stood idly by watching him almost get killed?? If it weren't for the medical staff, he'd be dead.
1
DJ stole America's hearts last night!! Celebrating with you, DJ. 👮♂️❤️🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸❤️👮♂️
1
No, thanks to the officers who found her.
1
Communication is not his strong suit.
1
Continually putting herself out in the news, it seems like she's made peace with it to a large extent.
1
Thankfully, it IS rare, which is why it gets so much media attention. There's no reason to be worried, but it's very wise to be cautious and aware.
1
@8thhousealchemist600 Why would you say such a thing? What did I say that was horrible?
1
Why is it shocking that no arrests have been made yet? Would you rather they rush to judgement and arrest people willy nilly? They're doing their job.
1
@BattlefireTV The doctor who the mother said supposedly confirmed it was rape did not alert the authorities or submit his/her supposed findings. There's no reason to be hyperbolic. Thinking rationally is not the same as refusing to believe a genuine (and confirmed) rape victim. To take one person at their word with very conflicting evidence and questionable statements is unwise and illogical. People displaying those types of assumptions would never be chosen for a jury...for good reason..
1
@BattlefireTV Who called anyone a liar? I never use language like that. Throughout this comment section, I simply encouraged critical thinking. It's never good to make assumptions. I'm not going to assume someone is telling the truth without first knowing all of the facts. Can you see the difference between a predator and someone who had what he thought was consensual sex with a young lady who was at a bar and claimed she was in her twenties? I'm not sure what the guy was supposed to do. It seems inappropriate for him to ask for her ID, but even if he had, it was a fake ID and would have said she was over 21. Personally, I would avoid having sex like that, but it happens all the time. The young lady chose not to tell him for several years. I don't remember why that was, but there is a lot more to this story. There is most likely a valid reason for a judge to order her not to give the child a second cell phone. She evidently did not follow court orders and lost custody. I find it very odd that you would just make so many assumptions here and turn nasty. I prefer to have productive discussions, but it sure doesn't seem like you are willing to do that.
1
@mysticxangel That's not the point. This one girl is the subject at hand.
1
@lorimc67 I can't believe there's a true crime YouTuber I'm not familiar with. I follow over 20 of them and haven't heard of that channel, but will definitely check it out! I think @clamchoder above was replying to the OP, who said his "conscious" must be killing him.
1
@lorimc67 Nah, he was replying to the OP. I can see how they can get confusing. By the way, I just watched Grizzly TC's long live stream. I like how she goes by the facts and doesn't make assumptions. I put several of her videos on my watch list. 👍
1
@tinfoilhatcovidiot Describe "many times". Are you referring to hard data, or just a bunch of YouTube videos where facts aren't necessarily followed? No one mentioned police being owed faith and trust, nor did anyone say they shouldn't be questioned. I think the point here is that evidently, her comments or accusations were assumptions, rather than valid.
1
@donnabell9992 Threats? His dad said that he warned him to stop hanging out with them, but he wouldn't listen.
1
Has anyone ever thought that "all criminals are heartless and violent"?? I've literally never heard anyone say that.
1
Her pain is palpable. I'm so sorry. That must be absolutely gut wrenching. 💔😥💔
1
@Juno_Beach Eventually? They literally reached out immediately. I believe it was the very first day. The investigative team was made up of over 100 personnel. I didn't hear any double talk. What are you referring to?
1
@dornerchris3909 It started way before the family made accusatory statements about LE. That just fueled the fire, but the fire was already out of control by that point.
1
@sharonmorgan7630 Yes, a fat chance. Lol
1
@darkviolet69 No doubt much more will come out during the trial. We don't know the half of it.
1
After seeing nonstop assumptions and exaggerations, it's refreshing to hear logical thoughts. Everything he said makes much more sense than the nonsense I keep seeing all over YouTube. No, Alec isn't getting special treatment because he's a Murdaugh. No doubt he'd much rather be out chatting it up with everyone, and offering legal advice in hopes of making some "friends" and gaining some street cred.
1
Quit calling it "hazing". It was straight up assault or attempted murder. Here's the actual definition: Involves or includes humiliation, ridicule, willful destruction/ removal of public or private property of an individual or group for the purpose of initiation or admission into, affiliation with, or as a condition for continued membership in an organization.
1
Everyone has different personalities. They didn't seem to have anything to do with their son's disappearance.
1
Of all people, I highly doubt anyone in the cartel would give out information.
1
Not necessarily. He might have meant that there simply isn't enough hard evidence to make a conviction on whoever it was that killed her.
1
It's getting a TON of attention. I've seen it all over YouTube. What kind of cover-up are you suggesting is happening??
1
@duo I'm not sure why you are so angry. Where did I "try to contort the truth to fit my agenda"? I don't have an agenda. When the case was all over the media, I heard the witness say that he saw her hitting him. Maybe there was more than one witness. The point is, that while he was clearly the aggressor in the relationship, she was also aggressive at times. In order to look at this case from an unbiased view, it's critical to look at all evidence and see where it leads, rather than looking at things backwards and making unfounded accusations. And yes, I'm saying that's what's been happening by the public. Police said they put her in the car and closed the door so she could cool off, as it was hot outside. What you saw as "chummy", was really no different than the way they were speaking to Gabby. How would you have liked them to talk to him? Immediately not believe him and yell at him? It's very easy to point fingers when making assumptions and seeing things in hindsight.
1
@DMalltheway What evidence do you have to support your claim? Do you think law enforcement wasn't interested in finding out who the Zodiac killer was?? You might want to go visit a few local detectives and ask them about their job as you seem to be convinced that they don't do anything. Often times, when detectives give interviews about cases they've covered, there is a passion so deep that it sometimes consumes their lives. Some of them die without finding a killer they looked for for years. These cases become very personal to them.
1
@Im_Bennythebooman Yes, there is photo evidence. Did you see her purchase the gun and hear her call 911? She planned to end her life.
1
@MsKatyDidKnot There is nothing odd about her call. There is photo evidence of her buying the gun, driving to the park, and exiting the vehicle by herself. The 911 call was traced to the exact spot where she was seen. There is absolutely nothing fishy about the suicide. It's clear as day.
1
While the whole thing ended tragically and she endured horrific abuse, it's important to look at it from an unbiased perspective. Cops had gotten a call saying that a witness saw HER hit HIM. When they were pulled over, she admitted hitting him, grabbing the steering wheel, and pushing him. Of course he didn't admit to his part, but by law she had to be taken into custody due to her part. We all see it differently because we know what the relationship was really like and how it ended. She had been crying, which could have looked like the cause of her eye being swollen. We all saw in the video that her face looked nothing like the selfie. Of course no one would have wanted it to end this way, including police. It's just very easy to point the finger when we already had the inside scoop.
1
@liz8935 She lied about her age. She might have had a fake ID, so even checking that wouldn't have helped the guy. Personally, I would avoid having sex with perfect strangers, but what do you expect this guy to do? For all he knew, she was in her twenties. Y'all are acting like he was a pedo.
1
I'd just like to point out the well worded, valid questions posed by the reporter. Nice job.
1
She couldn't wipe the smile off her face.
1
The judge said he was going to be guiding them on the field trip. Also, shell casings that matched those at the crime scene were found at the shooting range, which could have been why they went to that location.
1
@suheilaknio4664 So you think babies being kidnapped, raped and killed is a-okay with G?
1
@AlexaCBrown I wonder why he would create people capable of doing such horrific things. He didn't have to. The bible says he created evil.
1
He was seen walking by himself.
1
@r0ckymarie I did not hear that that was ever confirmed. The mother made that claim, but the doctor never came forward or filed a report as far as I've heard. Doctors are required to.
1
@p.s.706 Where did you see that it was verified? I haven't seen that at all.
1
@kaylamanahan2648 There has been no evidence that I've heard so far.
