@brendaleigh7834 Some people only see race.
1
I believe they were referencing JMM when he came and moved things and Blanca came to clean.
1
@wishingb5859 I didn't hear crying. It sounded like she giggled and then sniffed.
1
@wishingb5859 She halfway laughed a little right before that, almost like she was getting a kick out of her friend.
1
Not the dog trying to make its first TV appearance. 😂
1
Why do I find this judge incredibly annoying and unintelligent?
1
That's really not accurate. For some reason, people like to think that just because he was known by many in the area that he had all of law enforcement in his back pocket. If you watch the videos of him with police, none of them knew who he was, and he wasn't treated any differently than anyone else.
1
While that's true, a person's behavior can show clues as to their sincerity and honesty. Alec breaking character to say hello to one of the officers who was passing by is something to note. Also, crying patterns are known to some experts. People don't just stop crying completely and speak completely normally and then go right back to voice squeaking sobs the next second, rinse, repeat.
1
@Rachel Brown Actually, the jury was swayed by the evidence. His lies showed a massive character flaw. While I understand your point about how some prideful people can cut off their tears, I'm guessing they weren't at a crime scene where their family members were brutally murdered. Also, he cut off and started his tears over and over and over again, which is not a normal display of shock and grief. Many of us know compulsive liars, but no one automatically thinks they're capable of murder. All of the evidence pointed to him not only being capable of it, but executing it.

These accents are killin' me (said in a Boston accent).
1
That poor, innocent little baby. She robbed him of his life. 😢
1
To be fair, there was no way of knowing that the father was going to be abusive. Evidently, Bre didn't even tell him that he was the father until she tried to get public assistance. Once he found out, he was given custody because she was on drugs.
1
It's almost like a tick. He is unable to sit still. People are just looking for ways to hate him.
1
😂
1
You're basing that off of one photo?? Wow. Hopefully, you never end up on a jury.
1
@hootyjankinz3326 What are you referring to?
1
Basically just picture that everything she described was actually what Johnny experienced. That would probably be closer to the truth.
1
💯
1
I'm new to the case. Do you know definitively that that's what happened?
1
We should keep in mind that that was about 4 seconds of the lengthy trial. One quick joke might not be totally out of order in that situation, but I didn't watch the whole trial.
1
Well, unfortunately they did. 💔
1
I hesitate to sound so petty, but her face is really annoying...objectively speaking.
1
Which goes to show that it may not have been there during the investigation.
1
@lewisgray9591 There isn't a military officer out there who would A. Wear their dog tags to a planned murder, and B. Purposely set their dog tags on a shelf during a murder. It's nearly laughable, except we're talking about a serious matter.
1
Chandler Halderson also had parents who enabled him. His mother treated him like a baby, which is not a healthy way to treat an adult child. It's clear how they both ended up this way. Unfortunately, the parents all suffered at the hands of their children.
1
We can both recognize the fact that he was brainwashed his entire life while also wanting him to be held accountable for his unconscionable actions.
1
@resinfingers3896 It's critical to keep in mind the very real effects of brainwashing.
1
Another excellent witness testimony.
1
Unfortunately, karma isn't real. If only it were...
1
@somethinginthenothing It's not about fault. It's the fact that she did not present herself well. Plus, she seemed very willing to share her version of that incident.
1
@KatrinaDancer You're totally right. It would be a fallacy to claim either of those. As for now, I've looked into religions, all of which are man made. We have no idea if there is a higher power out there, but if there is, then it's not kind. ✌️
1
@blackwinged9898 He took them off because they were noisy, but didn't worry about the sound of gun fire?
1
I'm sorry to say, but the verdict probably would have turned out differently if you had been on the stand. It's understandable why you weren't emotionally able to give your testimony, though. 😢
1
I don't think that's a reasonable guess, but who knows? His brother and son would not do that. I'm thinking he had it planned fairly well. I think they might have been referring to when Blanca came to clean the house and John Marvin was moving things around.
1
God knows? Well, then he's just as bad as the parents or worse to let it happen.
1
However, at 9:30 on, everything was unclear and strangely worded.
1
@Melissa Benson The bottom line is, we don't know what happened. Just because someone is "an elitist" doesn't mean she's guilty of anything.
1
@melissabenson6749 Maybe so, but I was referring to the accident.
1
Yet another professional who continually says "ummmm" incessantly. 🙄
1
@FANCYxDADDY That's just a silly thing to say. Of course that's not true. People are people no matter what - there are "good" ones and "bad" ones, no matter their ethnicity, financial status, job, religion, gender, etc.
1
@chetyoubetya8565 They had no business bringing him into their home with his (alleged) mental condition.
1
My heart breaks for the babysitter. What a horrible thing to witness. 😢
1
Horrible.
1
I can't even get certain tests or pain medication for my 5 chronic illnesses, but this little angel has multiple surgeries?!?!?!?! The mom clearly has Munchausen Syndrome By Proxy. Sick, sick, sick. This was straight up murder. She should be put away for life. Period.
1
@goofygoober7617 Yes, I thought of that. However, the way he opened the door showed that he was not concerned about there being someone pretending to be a cop. He would have peeked through the door instead of opening it up wide, which put his entire body at risk of harm.
1
@wishingb5859 That's why I don't watch shows like his and Grizzly because they drag things out for hours.
1
That will probably happen. Jussie Smollett just got fined for his little hoax. What a huge waste of resources. These narcissists don't care who they hurt.
1
@sandycarroll2640 I'm not sure why you would say I must be a Lori supporter because I pointed out facts of the Bible. 🤔 I'm simply pointing out that the god of the Bible has killed millions of people. Are you okay with millions of people suffering a horrible death by drowning, including babies and children? He didn't have to make it so agonizing.
1
He's writing: He deserved it. He deserved it. He deserved it.
