Ever wonder if a script writer is not contributing to plots that have already taken place that began with the CIA?The CIA doesn't know what to do next so they hand the plot over to a screen writer to create the story which the CIA sets up according to what the screen writer wrote to finish the job. The CIA keeps their hands clean and an suspicions off of them and puts the blame on a patsy while they take credit for solving the mystery.
