Philosophy, history, engineering, math, physics, etc. PhD = Doctorate of Philosophy MD = Doctorate of Medicine Medical doctors are a subset of the larger group of doctors. They do not have sole rights to that title. and if it's so confusing, then medical doctors, if anyone, should be stripped of the right to use that title if they feel it's causing so much confusion, as it is medical people who have co-opted the term improperly in teh first place.

  13. I see no problem with this. They are still responsible for the operation of the vehicle. Just as pilots of aircraft are. Pilot using autopilot also has to continue monitoring the radio, maintaining situational awareness incase the autopilot needs to be overridden or adjusted, looking out for conflicting traffic, monitoring the health of the engine/s and other systems, etc. Autopilot does not absolve a person from responsibility.

  14.  Donald Thorpe  sure, but being petty and blaming a teacher for the mess the admin made is not the right way to behave. And yes, the rules allow it, and the suspension is temporary too, and the teachers could easily find decent paying jobs in the interim. But if you have a toxic work environment, threatening your employees in this kind of jobs market isn't going to make them stay.

Contract law demands mutually beneficial deals to be valid. One-sided contracts like HOAs use are not valid.

Nowhere in the 1A does it grant the authority for private entities to impose fines, nor does it permit unfair one-sided contracts. SCOTUS has also affirmed you cannot sign your rights away even willingly, such as Due Process, unlawful seizure of assets (fines), etc. Also, HOAs cannot restrict 1A by telling people they cannot express themselves such as by hanging flags or decorations. try again, becasue right now this attempt was an abysmal failure on your part.

Also, according to SCOTUS affirmation, you cannot sign away your rights, even willingly. Also, nothing in US contract law gives HOAs or other private entities lawmaking authority. They have no Legislative, Executive, nor Judicial authority. Only the gov can enforce fines, garnish wages, etc. and then even only after due process of the law in which they prove you guilty of a crime. you clearly have no grasp on US laws. Still waiting for a valid citation from the US Constitution that grants private citizens the authority to impose fines on other citizens, or that gives private citizens authority to deny other citizens their Constitutional freedoms. try again tyrant Karen.

Sometimes I'm trying to figure out a word for something, or find info on an obscure historical event, and I use chatGPT to help me figure out the word or event I'm looking for, and then I can use other sources to search in in greater detail without wasting days trying to figure out what keywords to use to find the correct info i need.
