@donahuge it’s not that they’re fragile, they just come from a generation that didn’t work on farms or in construction or heavy industry. Just more sedentary than previous generations. It’s an issue that can and is being addressed.

@spring9603 they’re pretty content staying away from judgemental asdholes lol
4
@warfarenotwarfair5655 patently false
4
@habitual_linecrosser my man
4
@baird5682 Polish-Swedish-Finnish cooperation would be brilliant
4
@MbisonBalrog so what if we left Afghanistan, were we supposed to stay there forever? We killed bin Laden which was the original mission there and only stayed to try to stabilize the country. Iraq didn’t fail because Iraq remains independent of Islamic militant control. We’re still there helping with anti Isis operations. Come on, this is easily researched 😂
4
@gregsmith141 lol sure because no oligarch bought a yacht with money intended for maintenance and upgrades
4
Go cry to your handler, bot
4
@Fred-rv2tu that’s not what happened. That money is payment for South Korea purchases of oil. It is still in Doha and has not been released to Iran.
4
@Withnail1969 not yet but it’s heading there
4
@johnsteiner3417 there’s only one superpower
4
@jimluebke3869 inflation is at 3.3 percent. That’s not breathtaking. Prices are high for housing because there’s not enough of it which drives up the cost. Fuel and food prices are up purely because of greed. Peter is speaking from a macroeconomic perspective.
4
The infrastructure is being developed while the pilots and maintainers are being trained
4
@scottwhitethebest yes because the pilot, maintainers and aircrew will belong to Ukraine. That’s how giving works.
4
@hannah1943 no one is buying that, shug
4
@swayson5208 it won’t be pretty for the rest of the world, if that was ever to happen. People would be extremely, breathtakingly stupid to even try that. You really don’t understand just how powerful the US military is, do you? Or how powerful, essential our economy is. Destruction of the US would lead to the collapse of the global economy. Brics is a joke. The only country in that organization that is going to grow, barring any unforeseen circumstances, is India. China is facing a population bomb and has to import a lot of their food. Russia is destroying itself in Ukraine. South Africa is a failed state. Brazil is a mess. None of them have a currency that can challenge the dollar. Under what circumstances would the rest of the world be able to agree about anything much less sort out the logistics of taking on the US?
4
@bennyboy6367 he didn’t help the situation in any way
4
@sphere3704 except that the US considers Israel to be a major ally and is unlikely to sit idly by if Israel is in real trouble they can’t handle. There’s probably at least one carrier group on alert right now.
4
@taekwondotime there are no friends in foreign policy just shared interests. SK has been a major US ally for decades. They made their choice a long time ago
4
lol sure 😂😂😂😂
4
@AnnaElsi-y4k when exactly did this happen and what is the name of the treaty
4
@williedigital if it were free and fair and native crimeans and tatars were the ones voting do you actually believe they’d vote to secede? Do you get paid in rubles?
4
There’s a lot that goes into developing working nukes and it’s expensive. Once you get one you have to figure out delivery systems. It’s not as easy as people seem to think.
4
@PatagoniaAriesthe ruble is worth .01146 cents. It’s nowhere near catching up with the dollar
4
@achilleos1 well the reason is a lot of recruits aren’t as fit as previous generations. Military basic training is hard on the body, especially the army and marines. Kids are getting injured because they’re not in as good of physical condition as they need to be. They’re actually conducting pre basic training physical fitness courses to get more people ready for basic training. Former MI captain here.
4
@wisenber we have plenty of money directed to defense. You can calm down now
3
@victorrenevaldiviasoto9728 that is not how the American military prepares for the next war. We are watching what’s happening in Ukraine and adjusting to the new realities.
3
@1adamuk it is saying no such thing. It is saying these weapons are designed to work as part of a coordinated system. Tanks need infantry to protect them and they need close air support. Aircraft carriers don’t sail alone, they operate as parts of carrier groups. Bombers have escorts. Please look up combined arms operations.
3
While I totally support making a deal with Cuba, I strongly oppose abandoning Taiwan in any way.
3
@khokhar9856 are you saying the average NK soldier is an ICBM expert?
3
We’re not broke wtf are you babbling about 😂
3
@SignalCorps1 the US government can’t “live within its means”. It’s not a household. There will always be debt.
3
@Iv4Bez prerogative lol
3
@u2beuser714 China can import garbage from Russia 😂😂 and the experienced Iraqi army was swept aside by the experienced US army, who not only had better weapons and training but had the best logistics chain in history. Amateurs argue about tactics and battles while the experts make sure their logistics chain is second to none. You can have a billion troops but if you can’t feed or arm them, you’re screwed.
3
Addiction, homelessness and mental health issues are everywhere or haven’t you heard of the opioid crisis? That problem is killing tons of people in the middle of the country.
3
The Palestinians haven’t agreed to any two state solutions that have been proposed in the last 75 years. Not ones proposed by the UN, not by Europe , not by the US. Thus far they haven’t been willing to accept a Jewish state. And after October 7, I don’t see the Israelis accepting a Palestinian state until they’re over this attack. So it’s gonna be a while.
3
Cope, vatnik 😂😂😂😂
3
Ukraine isn’t trying to take the entire country, hon
3
@loganhoffman5789 just the ones we’ve agreed to defend and support
3
@unsalbulent Ukraine hasn’t asked for NATO troops. Please shut up until you educate yourself

@@user-cs5rr1it9lyou need to tell your boss at the bot farm you need remedial training lol
3
@ToddSauve I think so too
3
@bidmcms3 lol sure if that gets you through the day 😂
3
@saddlepiggy I think the concept of patriotism has gotten very tarnished over the last several decades, probably starting with Vietnam. This is compounded by the rise of the internet with wide access to information plus the war on terror and the visibility of maimed veterans. Lots of stories about just how awful and barbaric and toxic and horrible war actually is and being able to see what it really looks like is probably off putting as hell.
3
So they’re fifty years behind us and don’t have aircraft that can deploy from the deck of a ship. Which agency did you work for and when?
