That's like asking Moscow Mitch why he told one president that 8 months before an election is much too soon to seat a SCOTUS judge, but then helped another president ram a judge through in less than 8 weeks. That's like asking the OathKeepers why they pointed guns at police during Obama's time, then got all buddy-buddy with the police during Trump's time. That's like asking Republicans why they blocked so many of one president's nominees, then let another president do "acting" appointments in order to skip the confirmation process.   34. Clump lost the 2016 popular election by 3 million votes and the 2020 popular election by 8 million votes. If this was flat progression, his 2024 loss will be by 13 million votes or thereabouts. If it's exponential progression, it works out to 27% growth per year in voter dissatisfaction, so his 2024 loss could be by 20 million votes. Losing is the one thing he's a winner at.

  35. I have been wondering if the USA will correct itself (hopefully) or if the world will correct the USA - which is what happened to Germany after WW2. After the invasion, Germany was divided into separate territories. Everyone got interviewed as to the stories of what they'd done before and during the war. Everyone's stories got compared. Prosecutors figured out who the Nazi party hardliners were or had been. Then they had the Nuremburg trials.
