The water level would rise slowly giving the occupants time to evacuate. Another solution could be a nonlethal gas that would force the occupants to evacuate.

No just law system can permit a resident to shoot at a noise just because that resident believes the noise is a potential threat, as the person making the noise could have a justifiable reason for being in the house.

If this is true it could be evidence of a row and that OP had lost his temper before the shooting. It appears OP is turning his assets into cash and wants to leave SA. They claim he's not a flight risk but anyone facing life in a SA prison is a flight risk in my book.

What noise did intruder make to be hit 3 out of 4? OP must have been aiming at a noise to be so accurate. If the intruder was silent/unseen OP would spread the shots to maximise chance hitting intruder. OP did hit what he was aiming at 3 out of 4 times - so it is almost certain he was aiming at a noisy target- perhaps a woman talking loudly.

  35. The news report clearly wants us to believe that 'all' the traffic "can be seen by satellite" is people fleeing conscription. The report states: "thousands of military aged Russian men" (we actually see around a hundred). Then it states the men were being held at the border and checked to see they were not on the call-up list before being allowed to cross. So, it looks like none have been called-up and normal traffic was held-up by these checks. Let's face it - if all the traffic was people against Putin - the people who walked for days would have got a ride.

Even people accused of crimes are allowed to smile, blow a kiss for a loved one and ask officials how long proceedings are likely to take. Forget about how it was found and ask yourself these questions: 1) Out of a thousand 25 year old women owning a 5 year old car - how many do not have/use a remote key? 2) Out of a thousand 25 year old women owning a 5 year old car - how many do not have a spare key? 3) Why is there no spare key to the Rav4? 4) Why is there no evidence showing TH had lost her remote key? It appears highly probable from the answers to these questions that, the non-remote key allegedly found in SA's trailer was TH's spare key, not the key she had been using.

The 1999 Rav4 was sold with a remote key and a non-remote spare key and it is known that TH used the remote key and did maintain her car, immediately ordering new parts etc. Using her car for work visiting strange places a remote key would be a clear safety advantage for a young women and young women also like modcons. I have not said TH did not lose the remote key - I've just said there's no evidence of her losing the remote key, like asking friends if they'd seen it or ordering a replacement and that, all the the facts indicate there is a high probability the key used in evidence is not the key TH used to drive the Rav4 onto the Avery property..

The law has been taking the woman's side for a while and women can do well from divorcing their husband of ten years - basically take his kids, home and everything he has worked for while the woman has spent years socialising with her girlfriends. This has led to some women abusing the law for their own ends. Perhaps 'the times they are a changing'....
