  1. He says he shouted at what he thought to be an intruder so why did he think the intruder locked himself in the cubicle and then made sufficient bathroom noise (without talking) for a person outside to hit them three times with four shots through a door.

  2. There has been billions of people on this planet married for most of their lives which means there has been at least a hundred billion years of collective marriage experience - so I think we all know what 'marriage' means. What can be 'equal' to that?

  3. It seems improbable to have fired through a door four times and hit a person three times - unless the person was making a lot of noise (shouting) to aim at. To shoot at an unseen intruder in the cubicle the obvious thing is to spread the shots.

  4. The problem with this case is there is no credible evidence to show they did what the prosecution claimed. Also what the prosecution claimed makes zero sense. If Avery had murdered this poor girl he would have known her appointment with him was known by others, he would have expected her to be reported missing immediately, he would have been expecting the cops to arrive at any time. The last thing he would have done is attempt to burn her body.

  5. You made the statement that he is innocent - he has killed someone - do you think he should be able to simply say it was a mistake and walk free without charge? He has to face some charge and the court will hear all the evidence and make a decision based on the evidence. To say 'he is innocent' having heard very little if any evidence is no different than saying he is guilty without having heard all the evidence.
