WOW, THESE REPUBLICANS ARE REALLY SCARED OF FRANKEN,
THIS IS SUCH EXAGGERATION TO THE POINT OF LYING!
FOX IS JUST USING WOMEN AGAIN .... THAT IS THE REAL
HARASSMENT BUT ....
This is maximum hype. Forcing a really gross French kiss
her on her ... tongue halfway down her throat ... listen to this
language. FOX News ... as if they gave a damn? Huh, wake
up folks. And then the announcer has to go "blechh" and
make a face to impress all the more than they are supposedly
grossed out by this "kiss". This is fake. She says he mashed his
lips up to her face ... and that he stuck his tongue down her throat,
but that is not possible if you think about it. To French
kiss like that you have to have your mouth open wide and
your heads kind of sideways - so she is exaggerating a lot
and perhaps even lying a bit.
For one thing, Tweeden, consented to doing the skit.
Maybe that is part of it that she feels bad that she
let herself being railroaded, but that is another issue.
Franked was rude and crude, but we have no heard
his side, except for his apology, which Tweeden
accepted. Did he repeat the kiss after being scolded?
I think that matters, but I don't know if others do. People
do dumb things, and sometimes those dumb even hurtful
things do not rise to the level of a crime, or even a
full moral characterization of someone.
Then there was the photo. Again, clearly stupid and
rude, and even more so because it still exists? But maybe
that is good to prove what happened. It appeared to me
that Franken had his hands hovering over Tweedens
chest ... not a grab, not a grope, for either of those there
must be some kind of contact, no? Plus there is the fact
that she was safe under a flak jacket.
This is an attack on Al Franken in the same strategy as
they attacked Bill Clinton - completely irrelevant to the issue
of Roy Moore, Harvey Weinstein and Donald Trump ... there
is no comparison, and there still is not, because you cannot
harass or rape someone over the phone, and these FOX News
operatives are piling on for a Conservative political attack,
that is all.
So. Melody Morgan felt physically intimidated because of
a heated political argument ... and that is supposed to be
on the level of Trump, Weinstein and Moore, since the first
salvo from a the Republican women's brigade did not get
Franken to resign????
And Ingram is making up incidents to dump on him, and any
sane person gets angry at Republican lies ... the same kind
of lies we see from Donald Trump to get elected. Blatant
lies. Franken doesn't have the millions and billions of dollars
to protect him like these Fox News people.
These guys can really lay it on thick ... that is seems to be
why they need actors like Reagan and Trump to perform
their schtick.

This social media blitz of sleaze, lies and
misinformation is many times worse than
whatever the Russians have been doing.
Russians are clear on being purposefully
aimed at destroying the US ability to threaten
it, but the Republicans being on the inside
of the country in government are all, every
single one of them, and those agents in the
media, must worse of a threat.
Keep you eyes steadily on the ball, the game
is health care, voter rights, education, job
guarantee with living wage.
That is what can reasonably be done in Biden's
term, the will prevent the reversal of the people's
will by Republicans should they ever again steal
the people's will by crook.

@ucouco78
You are trying to mix stadiums in with all other businesses. This is an inevitable process that cities and neighborhoods evolve. Picking on Amazon, to no greater purpose doesn't help that or make it go away or solve anything.
> Within Amazon with maybe a lucky few New Yorkers or Queens residents residents getting low level warehouse or factory Jobs,
The quote was that the average salary of a worker in that facility would have been well above $100K per year, of course with benefits, etc. So, probably well above average, and plus they are working there all day every year - paying taxes, and spending their money in local neighborhoods at local businesses.
I haven't heard anything you've said to be valid or constructive criticism. I like Amazon a lot as a company. I used it a lot, but that does not mean I do not have criticisms of it. When Amazon does something wrong I criticize them, and if they did enough I would even stop using it, but that has not been what I have seen from Amazon. I have seen a company that sometimes has to be criticized and pushed, but that on the most part is amazing in terms of what it has done, what it started, how fast and cleverly it has moved, and what it has developed that has been great for the average customer.
From books, e-books, audio-books, to music, to consumers goods, to food now Amazon has evolved business in favor of the customer. I want to see them do more, but compared to most companies in the US Amazon is much much better. I don't understand all the vilification compared to like WalMart for example.
