I'll tell you, I do have a foreign doctor and after a year I want to change because contrary to the images we see on TV not all of them are as great a the TV doctors, and some are even lazy and incompetent. It's the corporations that benefit from the foreign doctors who work for much less - not us patients. Of course some are really good of course, but there is no quality control and they push the bad ones into the MediaAid system.

  16. Rahm Emmanuel did not say anything useful or substantive in his interview with Ezra Klein. He is a useless tool of the oligarchy. Bernie Sanders, Chris Murphy and some others have it understood. All Emmanuel did was to over and over say we "do" this wrong, and "that" wrong - but never any suggestions for how to fix things or what to stand for.

They are making a joke of the ceasefire negotiations and you all know Hamas has no intent or any situation where they will release the hostages unless they are dead and cannot do anything about it.   49. Pelosi is awful. First, this defeat is totally due to her and the rest of the Democratic Political leadership who did not see Biden was senile and incompetent. Then go back to Bernie's first run - they ran him out of the party, and prepared for him if he ever came back. If Bernie had been the Democratic candidate they would have won in a real landslide. The Democratic leadership is to blame for this - they would rather lose than have an actual democracy, or accept a little more Socialism along the lines of FDR.
