  2. Teach them critical thinking skills and individuality instead of measuring them against everyone else. As a toddler I had an allergy to strawberries, but my mom was told to feed me small amounts of strawberries gradually. I love strawberries today. No allergy now.

I think some wage scales are still based on the old premise that males had families to support so they received more than women who were doing jobs that required even more skills than male dominated occupations. I know in the 1970s library clerks who had to know how to type and file were paid less than entry level janitors who required no skills. I am not sure that has really changed. I hope it has. But I think male nurses make more than their female counterparts still.   20. Candace and most Americans don't understand what Uranium One was all about. It wasn't about selling our uranium to Russia. It was about guarranteeing 25% of the domestic market in the US (power generation) to the Russians. Which pissed off US uranium miners who lost part of their market share. Russia has perfected a means of downgrading military grade enriched uranium to a level where it can be used for power generation. And they needed a market for it.
