  9. The ICC is only supposed to act in places where they have jurisdiction, which they don't have in Israel, or in places with no real justice system, which certainly doesn't apply to Israel. Why, when they were considering charges against Maduro, for killing his own people, did they meet with the corrupt Venezuelan courts, but were unwilling to meet with Israeli judges? Because the fix was in, this was not about human rights, but tarring Israel.
