I learn that people are leaving NYC due talent gap shortages. higher management had no previous skills or expertise in accounting or book keeping. Poor management.. I forgot to say goodbye to all my friends, teachers, professors, frienemies who lived in NYC. I don't like NYC anymore. it's not like Friends or Seinfield. I don't feel NY. I feel alienated.   25. Why is NYC Expensive? subway can take you to New York Yankees, Mets, Islanders, Rangers, and NY Knicks (takes you 30 mins). Skyscrapers, shops, stores, beagles, central parks, etc. you have all of that. if you live far away from NYC.  You get to live bigger house - 4 -11 bedrooms, sometimes a swimming pool included. disadvantage. Store doesn't come closer together. No subways to the baseball stadium. There's an empty city bus. But it takes you an hour to get there.

  47. $2,800 is pretty expensive. it's not really cheap. food, electricity, etc. it swallows you back $500. you have to make three payments to pay the rents. I lived NYC for 32 years. College, MTA, etc. not cheap at all.

  50. I love NYC. But I moved out because the politics is more of far left-wing views. The situation is very intense and insane in NYC. The politics is over radical and oppose it. If you look at the news today. you see pale and Israeli throwing fist fights, violent crimes, assaults in Time Square. It is not the best place to move in. Lots of assaults violent crime, misdemeanor,  riots, etc. You can worship non-existing religion. The best place to move is Texas. Texas has the unbelievable lowest crime in the city. It's almost better than Singapore's lowest crime rate. The learning is center-right, right, Christian conservative, culture friendly views. It's beautiful. A lot of companies moving to Texas. I like to live in Texas and see what's going done there. NYC, they tried to make people move to NYC.
