Bolsonaro has called for the military to step in to force reopening and he has openly praised dictatorship. Yes there were some terrorist attacks as explained in the video, but that doesn't in any way justify collective punishment against an entire people, not is it effective in reducing separatist sentiment as it only breeds resentment.
