  28. Andrew, is Uruguay still a good place for residence? If I were resident there, I would not want to spend more than 2 - 4 months. a year. Would the immigration authorities allow me to do this and would I be able to obtain an Uruguayan passport as easily as I can obtain a Colombian Passport? I would appreciate a response.
