  24. I am sorry it became more expensive but If I had the resources, I would still pursue it because it is STILL WORTH IT! I think that even if it goes up to $500K, it is still worth it. But if it goes over $500K, I would only opt for Residence instead.

But in addition to cheap living, I want a mega city with cool weather for at least half of the year so I am going with Istanbul and Bogota. I would spend six months in each of these cities.
