  1. Andrew, it is said that to those who fail to learn from history are bound to repeat it. The British Empire was weakened as a result of the first and second world wars. It's decline was steady after 1945, then it officially ended with The Suez Crisis in 1956. The US Empire was weakened by the "Regime Change Wars" in Iraq and Afghanistan and is now in steady decline. It is my view that the US will cease to exist by 2031.

  3.  @erikaromero6473  Actually the decline began with the Culture Wars that were started by Newt Gingrich and Bob Dole in January 1995 when The Republicans took over Congress and a majority of Governorships.
