  1. Andrew, I have a theory. I feel like in order get the goodies from the "First World" countries, the Chiles and Georgia's of the world had to "make a deal with the devil" and so, they have allowed themselves to be blackmailed and bullied by these countries in order to keep the visa free travel and enjoy the trade deals. So they make it harder for investors and hike up taxes.
