  1. I am sorry it became more expensive but If I had the resources, I would still pursue it because it is STILL WORTH IT! I think that even if it goes up to $500K, it is still worth it. But if it goes over $500K, I would only opt for Residence instead.

  2. Andrew, what is your opinion of the Asian Side of Istanbul? I don't hear you talk about it very often. I am thinking primarily about the districts of Kadikoy and Atasehir.
