  1. I like Colombia and Turkey (specifically Bogota and Istanbul). Two big cities with huge economic growth potential and low cost of living. I would split my time between both of these cities (6 months each)

  3. Form a company in a tax friendly (not tax free) jurisdiction, put the BULK of your money into said company and pay yourself a moderate salary
