  20. That's not true, she was selling unsanitary food out of her car. The police were called and observed she left in the car with expired tags. She was stopped and had no permit to sell food, she was also on a deportation order, had no insurance, couple other things. Police had plenty of probable cause for the traffic stop with the expired tags alone. They were just carrying out the deportation order.

How does it weaken those 'protections' which is a euphemism for regulations, which leftists have now adopted. What specific examples can you cite? Since there is none, it's a slogan not reality. Next, it doesn't matter what a person's expertise is in, they can not act outside of constitutional authority or pull new definitions or law outta their rear ends. You go to congress to get the authority to regulate xy and z, if congress doesn't then you're SOL. This ruling restores what it should be.
