We have separation of powers, so far, the judges injecting themselves into the administration of the executive branch violates the separation of powers. Congress and the judges can not interfere with how the president manages the executive branch, on the other side of the coin, the president can't interfere with Congresses and the Judiciaries domain. May I refer you to Article II of the US Constitution on the presidents' authority over the executive branch

  43. The 4th Amendment applies to private property. It doesn't apply to government offices and computers, you have no right to privacy with work computers. Government representatives who are authorized by the president can search offices and computers at their leisure, no warrant is needed. Next, DOGE has been authorized by the president, they make recommendations to the president and he can act on them or not. Congressional approval is not needed for advisors to the president.
