@yellowtunes2756 "Imagine if Ukraine let go of Donbas and Crimea in 2014 instead of bombing them". And you are hanging out with liars and hypocrites as you believe this. They didn't "bomb" them. That's russian BS. Sure they fought armed separatists, but it was not one-sided - and it wouldn't have been necessary had russia not armed the separatists and fought alongside them.
2
@yellowtunes2756 "And no-one wants to have 45 million enemies at you border." What enemies? Ukraine wasn't russia's enemy. Thousands of Ukrainians have close relatives in russia. Ukraine just wanted to go about it's business as any sovereign nation is entitled to do. But russia made an enemy of Ukraine.
2
@yellowtunes2756 "Just like there was no russian threat to Ukraine before they decided to join NATO." - Sigh, more russian propaganda. It is exactly because russia was a threat to Ukraine that Ukraine wanted to join a defensive alliance. It is because russia is a threat that almost all the former Warsaw Pact countries wanted to join NATO. It is because russia is a threat that Geoirgia and Moldova also want to join NATO. It is because russia is a threat that Finland and Sweden joined NATO. Please, stop with your lies.
2
@yellowtunes2756 "Just like there was no russian threat to Ukraine before they decided to join NATO." If russian is such a warm friendly peaceful country, why is it that all the Warsaw Pact countries clamored to join a defensive alliance? Why is it that former USSR republics of Ukraine, Georgia, and Moldova - who know russia so well - are begging to join NATO? It is because they know russia so well that they know russia is a threat. Please stop supporting the strong in their attacks on the weak.
2
@yellowtunes2756 No, Serbia wasn't minding its own business, it was conducting massive atrocities in other former Yugoslavian areas (remember Serbernica). No, Iraq wasn't minding its own business, it was invading another sovereign nation - Kuwait. Syria was minding its own business, but it was killing it's own people, something you falsely claim Ukraine was doing in the Donbas. Something you falsely claim justifies russia's attacks on Ukraine. The US had no business attacking Afghanistan. But you would probably agree with the US attacking Afghanistan, because you support the strong attacking the weak.
2
@yellowtunes2756 "when I'm talking about Ukrainian bad deeds?" I ask again, what Ukrainian "bad deeds"? And no russian propaganda in your reply, just balanced facts please.
2
@yellowtunes2756 Yes I supported when the world supported the weak in Iraq's invasion of Kuwait. Yes I supported when the world supported the weak in Serbia's terrible crimes in Bosnia. But this is whataboutism. There is usually fault on both sides. But not in the case of rusia attacking Ukraine. That is just blatant aggression from russia. What Ukrainian "bad deeds"? In your reply just balanced facts please.
2
@yellowtunes2756 "and that it doesn't matter if you support it or not". But it does matter when you spread lies to justify the strong (russia) attacking the weak (Ukraine). It also makes you, yellowtunes, a hypocrite.
2
@yellowtunes2756 "when I'm talking about Ukrainian bad deeds?" I ask again, what Ukrainian "bad deeds"? I'm expecting a burst of russian propaganda and BS.
2
@mosesgoldbergshekelstien1520 I have checked, but can't find anywhere by that name in Ukraine (this is a thread about Ukraine after all). I found a Korosten, and a Kovel, even a Konstantinovka. Could you tell me which oblast your Kosovka is in? Or why you are trying "whataboutism"?
2
@ledlight1487 I have looked, but can't find anywhere by that name in Ukraine (this is a thread about Ukraine after all). I found a New York. Could you tell me which oblast your Ameryka is in? More silly "whataboutism"?
2
@yellowtunes2756 "when I'm talking about Ukrainian bad deeds?" Again I ask, what Ukrainian "bad deeds"? I'm still expecting a load of old, long debunked, russian propaganda and lies.
2
@ares1647 Totally "whataboutism" without addressing the OPs point. All large powers are open to abusing that power. russia, China, USA. But "What makes you so different from Russia ?". Assuming the "you" you refer to is the USA - of the three mentioned above, the US does not invade other sovereign countries and annex land for the US. However most western citizens do care about what their governments does outside their borders. And they are able to protest and try to change their governments mind (the anti-Vietnam war protests being an example). Try doing that in russia or China.
2
@ares1647 "You alone decide what rule-based order is". Here you a talking bollocks. The "rules-based order" is part of the UN Charter, and all countries who have joined the UN have agreed to it. There is no compulsion to be a UN member - russia is free to leave any time it likes.
2
@beba5865 What facts? You don't have any.
1
@pnduarte4696 Mostly unsuccessful "hits". But you miss the main point: Ukraine attacks military targets in Russia - this weakens Russia. Russia attacks civilian targets in Ukraine - this angers the population and makes them more determined to defeat Russia - strengthening Ukraine. It's a Lose - Lose situation for Russia.
1
@pnduarte4696 "You have one that is confirmed and the rest is speculation from one of worst youtuber for information." And yet you claimed successful hits in Ukraine - which is also speculative. And as it turns out - he was correct - and you were wrong. Man, it sucks to be a Russian troll.
1
@Joaquin546 Sam is a ruSSian troll. Don't take too much notice of the disinformation he's trying to push.
1
@unclegrandpaontrade3865 They have reached none of their stated goals for this Stupid Military Operation, and are further from reaching them than they were 20 months ago. Mostly women and children were sent out of the country for their personal safety, as the belligerent ruSSians were targetting civilians. Most will return when the ruSSian invaders are banished from Ukrainian territory. You figure of 50% is just ridiculous.
1
@Billballbill "The people's will can not be cancelled or delayed in a democratic free country" Actually, it can. Most democratic countries allow for the suspension of elections during times of disruption, such as war or natural disasters. What a shame Russia does not allow "The people's will" to prevail. Russia's rigged elections mean that the people are working for the president and not the opposite. What a shame Russia invaded their neighbor without good reason, thereby hampering Ukraine's ability to allow "The people's will" to prevail. Anyway, your post was obsolete before you wrote it.
1
@yellowtunes2756 Hey, you can believe any bs you like - I'm just pointing out something much closer to the truth than the bs you seem to follow - snowflake.
1
@stefannikolic4401 "Let's not forget that russia also gained millions of people from the four regions.". And yet there are very few men of fighting age to be found in the russian controlled parts of those four oblasts - because they have been sent to the front to be lost in meat waves. The same will happen to the rest of Ukraine should the russian war monkeys be allowed to succeed (sorry, I can't use the word that is almost the same a "monkey" and describes the russians best).
1
@noone6037 Silly ruSSian troll.
1
@Noel-ji8nm Yup Russia still losing. The Russian army hasn't been able to take any significant Ukrainian land for 12 months. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Not even a single city. The Ukrainian army, over the same period, has liberated over 13,000sq km of Ukrainian land , including six cities. Russia sucks.
1
@freak94able "those are levelled since 2014 but nice that you noticed after 9 years" Hah, more disinformation. ruZZian forces level that industrial area in the last few days. ruZZia levelled Mariupol last year, while most of its 400,000 civilian population was still living in it. And Pooptin claims he wants to protect ruZZian speakers and ethnic ruZZians. What a BS artist Pooptin is.
1
@ibrahimguler6177 "Who said that? Can you share the official statement?" Yes, it was said on ruZZian television. So do you think the plan was for the Stupid Military Operation to last 666+ days - and still not take Kyiv? Wake up.
1
Why do you strongly advise people to find an alternative? Obviously you do and it's giving you pro-Russia bias. I'd call that a "FAIL" on your part.
1
@saumyacow4435 Just wait. If there is slow progress there will be a reason why. I don't want to see Ukrainian troops rush in and get eliminated, and hopefully you don't either.
1
@aleksa550 You too should try using your brain for once, vatnik.
1
@samgragas8467 "You watched too many movies" And you Sam have watched too much ruSSian television.
1
@MyCaptainPugwash You've got the wrong end of the stick there buddy. I was replying to the OP. I'm a Ukraine supporter and I agree with you 100%.
1
I didn't think you ruSSian bots are allowed to call it a "war".
1
@kellikline6359 "Russia is about to take the rest of the Donbas" (there, I spelt "Donbas" correctly for a ruSSian Dombass). If you had correct information instead of ruSSian propaganda, you wouldn't say that. ruSSia was going to take Donbas (along with the rest of Ukraine) back in February, 2022 - but failed. Then they were to take the Donbas by October, 2022 - but failed. Then Pooptin set a deadline to take the Donbas by the New Year - but the ruSSian army failed. Then he set a hugely reduced target of just taking Bakhmut by the end of March, 2023 - but the ruSSian army failed. It took until May for a separate fighting force (not the ruSSian army) to take Bakhmut. So what on Earth makes you think that this time will be any different? You may be right. The ruSSian army might take Avdiivka - at HUGE cost to ruSSia. The chances of ruSSia occupying all of the Donbas any time soon - such as Pooptin's latest target of the end of this year - are just about nil. And why do you support the aggressor in this conflict anyway? No moral compass maybe?
1
@kellikline6359 "those of us who knew all along that Ukr didn't have the slightest chance of winning" And I bet you "knew all along" that ruSSia would take Kyiv in 3 days... Please don't make me laugh.
1
@robkit007 Have you got a better source (and please don't quote the Russian MoD - I might rip my stitches laughing)?
1
I love how ruSSian trolls like Pisatel think ruSSia isn't losing after 600+ days of their three day capture of Kyiv - against a much weaker nation. Everyday is a nightmare for the troops on both sides - but for ruSSian troops it's extra bad because they keep getting wasted in their meatwave attacks.
1
Comment from a Pootin apologist.
1
@GaryBerki "Who lnows the facts", yeah, right. Pull the other one.
1
Whereas you Adolf adorers crack me up. The amount of justification of unwarranted aggression just makes you look sad.
1
@JohnnyBGood1970 "it's got to be killer for you to be this uninformed". Who's uninformed? You are !!! Remember it's day 761 of Putin's 3-day take over of Kyiv and two week capture of Ukraine - and still russia is 1000 days from capturing Donbas. None of russia's objectives have been achieved. ussia's foreign markets are decimated. Over 400,000 russian men are injured, maimed, or worse. Between 500,000 and 700,000 thousand young educated russians have fled the country. - And you think russia is winning !!!
1
@yevgeny79 Because russia has used it's agents in Poland to cause disruption.
1
@robertmarks2379 "...to start funding the destruction of Ukraine". I knew it already, but that definitely proves that you peddle ruZZian disinformation. Who did you say is causing destruction in Ukraine? And if your answer isn't "ruZZia" then you are lying or misinformed.
1
@freak94able Another boring ruSSian troll. And where exactly are they retreating? Somewhere deep in your propaganda addled brain they're retreating.
1
ruSSia wants to drag it out in the hope the west will loose interest - and places like the "States" will get olde No.45 back (fat chance). Expoect several more years of small Ukrainian victories and large ruSSian losses. Unless Pootin has a heart attack and his replacement pulls out of Ukraine.
1
I think you're a "ham-ass". You seem to have your presidents mixed. It is bunker boy Putin who has the superyachts. That ham-fisted ruzzian attempt to accuse Zelensky of having bought a yacht was debunked weeks ago. I guess that news didn't reach you in the bot farm - where you are protected from the truth, and fed lies instead.
1
@kenkaniff4739 Oh dear. Another Russian troll who doesn't yet realise that Russia has had it's ass whipped.
1
Silly ruSSian troll. He didn't mention Avdiivka. This video is about Kherson oblast. Man you ruSSian trolls have poor geographic comprehension skills and a low attention span - or very poor understanding. You probably also think Moscow is a country in Africa.
1
@robkit007 Just the sort of stupid question you'd expect from a Russian troll. Why is he missing it? Because it's missing. Why are you here?
1
@mattfgln Yes, russian supporters are.
