The interference was so bad that in 1997 it was written into the 'Partition Treaty on the Status and Conditions of the Black Sea Fleet' that russia was not to interfere in the internal affairs of Ukraine. russia signed this treaty, but like anything russia signs, they ignored their obligations. But then you wouldn't know that because your ability to research is below normal.

Why not look to Chechyna, where russia devastated civilian areas of the capital Grozny. Do you think Ukraine should have used the same tactics?

Donbas did not become "the independent republic" in February 2014. Later in 2014 the two oblasts declared themselves independent (but nobody recognised their claims) - but the faked referenda didn't occur until 2022. You really do need to do some research you silly boy - so as to stop making a fool of yourself.
