  11. Indeed. I even remember seeing Amend for Arnold ads when he was governor. At the time, the Michigan Governor, a Democrat, was also prohibited from running because she was born in Canada. If two big state governors can't make more than a few members of Congress (David Dreier had long supported an amendment to allow anyone who had been a citizen for 20 years to become President and to repeal the Twenty-second Amendment), a YouTube host who couldn't even crack double digits in a Congressional primary definitely won't.

And, he didn't "ban travel from certain countries." For example, he didn't ban travel from Chiii-na, he banned Chinese nationals, and he didn't make those who came from Chiii-na quarantine in order to make sure they didn't have it. That is what is xenophobic. Had he have done what places like New Zealand, Australia, Japan, and South Korea did, easily a quarter of a million people would still be alive today.

Look at what happened in several races in 2018 where the candidate in the lead on election night lost. A district of 100,000 people is much quicker to count than a country of over 330MM.
