  11. Not justifying it. Saying what we should always say, go through the Justice System, gather all the evidence and go from there. The problem is that groups like BLM have cried wolf so much that people are ignoring it. What groups like BLM should do is have private investigators and private lawyers take this one to see that there is a fair trial. And after all of that happens accept the outcome. When BLM marched for Alton Sterling, a man resisting arrest, who was tazed twice, and then reached for his gun which led to him being shot, how can people take them serious? I want justice for people who do bad things, that include cops killing someone for poor reasons. But to do that you have to act intelligent here and not a bunch of children breaking things.

  12. Powered Soldier, the problem with looking at other countries is that 1. You are ignoring their culture 2. You are ignoring many variables involve and are approaching complex issues in a very shallow way You talk about gun violence. Look at the UK. The US has 5 times more murder than the UK. If you remove all gun murders from the US the US has a murder rate that is 2 times higher than the UK. At that point you have to realize our culture is simply more violent. Why? It is complex and a completely different discussion all together. But the problem with the left is that you grossly oversimplify complex issues and ignore stats.

  15. He isn't wrong. Evolution is what it is, a theory. It has many doubts which is why it is still a graduate level course. As a scientist myself I don't believe in evolution as I do not believe in anything really. I question evolution myself. Does that mean I deny it? No. Does that mean I don't support it as the theory? No. It just means, as a scientist, I am willing to accept shortcomings in a theory. Science is science as it can adapt to change. Sorry leftists, science is not a religion. So stop treating it like one.

  32. True. There are several problems here. One, these bills don't have as much a support as Kyle claims. Similar bills were pushed in Maine and NV and in Maine the voters said no and in NV it based by 0.45% where it is not being enforced. In Illinois there was a shooting and the person who done it recently passed a background check but later on failed another one. The cops simply mailed him a letter asking him to return his guns, of course he didn't. These laws don't get enforced due to lack of man power. It is, once again, the far left feeling that all we have to do is create some magical law and these problems will all be solved and not understanding that government lacks resources to actually enforce anything.

  33.  Kylem  , bad argument. For the most part people are good people, we have laws for those that aren't. Here is the thing on guns, restrictions on guns only harm law abiding citizens and enforcing those laws take up limited resources. The action of murder is already illegal. When you place restrictions on guns you are restricting the object when the action is already illegal. Instead of using limited resources to do these background checks we should use our resources to go after actual criminals and find a way to help people so they don't want to commit murders. This all or nothing argument from you is incredibly asinine. But on your argument on theft, yes, many people get away with it because of limited resources. When the theft is of high amounts than we take action.

I have a hard time listening to Chomsky considering how he praised Venezuela before it went to crap and how he called businesses "oppressive and coercive". Chomsky is overrated. In all, intellectually, I am on the same level he is. Difference is that people gave him a voice (I say I am on the same level intellectually as I am a year or two away from getting my PhD like he has). You complain about Crowder and Shapiro when they want limited government. Kyle wants more government which creates the problem of cronyism, the real problem in our country.
